I have just been dupped by this Special mail . Com. I was giving a malfunction product. They advertised blood sugar monitor but I was sent/received a damaged oximeter monitor. I have written messages and returned the item back but haven't heard from them

This company is a complete SCAM SITE - DO NOT USE. THEY CLAIM TO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICES AND 14 DAY MONEY BACK, THEY DO NOT EVEN REPLY TO AN EMAIL. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I bought a WiFi cam it came completely opposite to what they advertised on YouTube it's very small and it's not true that you don't need internet to operate it plus the battery last for few minutes and not as what they say on their advert.its absolute scam waste of money
I bought once and after a month they sent another one which I didn't order and checked my bank account to find out they've took money from my account.

This company keeps operation and advertising but they are a scam. I bought a health monitor to measure blood sugar levels. I paid 28 pounds. The monitor does not measure blood sugar. I returned the monitor and have had no response from the company. The bank I used have also not been able to get my money back. People should be aware of this scam. So no stars

Router failed to work or charge total waste of money and impossible to contact as emails bounced back say post box full !

So disappointed. I ordered a small camera. It took over three weeks to arrive. And when it arrived it was completely different from what was advertised. Don’t bother. This is a scum web. The cameras don’t work as mentioned. They don’t look the same as in the adverts. They don’t have a lasting battery as advertised. I used on camera and it lost battery. Charged it for a hour but it never hold the charge. Light comes on and goes off. It show on the phone it’s offline. I guess because it has no charge. They need WiFi they don’t have their own WiFi as advertised. These people put out scum advertisements. You have been warned. Don’t waste your money.

It would be zero stars if I could. I reviewed my mobile WiFi modem but it doesn’t work at all!
I have tried numerous times to contact the seller by email ( the only option for contact) but all emails have been ‘undeliverable’.

First red flag,they are advertising on YouTube a security camera by implying its handy for upskirting women. Second red flag they have 100% one star reviews on trust pilot every one calling the company a complete scam. Third red flag Chinese company.

Purchased home pulse oximeter, received in early Feb, product wasnt working wasn't giving readings, contact company support email, person responded, wanted order #, gave them order #, email bounced back, found another support email for them, they responded only 20% refund, even though there ad says full refund and 10 times the refund amount, total bull shit. These people are not honest and will not give you a full refund even when you are entitled to it. Don't waste your money with this company.

bought a health monitor from them when it arrived put batteries in does not power on sent a lot of emails to their support and gets sent back says email is full looks like they are a scam

I have asked for a refund going round the twist it's a scam don't use this company there using tik tok for scam and tik tok is for crooks only don't use any adverts on tik tok

This company can't improve it's total crap one big scam I bought the WiFi hd camera it is not fit for purpose and all I get when I email them is can't accept as email box is full I submitted a complaint via there internal mail and still nothing I am going to report them to my bank for fraud they are (scamming bastard's).

It’s a scam don’t buy anything from them.

The item does not work. The inbox is full so you can’t communicate with them. No phone number to ring . Steer well clear of this lot.

Purchased WiFi cam that was advertised on u tube when received cam it was nothing like the advertised version now feel totally conned so anyone else thinking of buying this cam don’t it is total cheap shit.and you only got 1star so I could post.

I recieved a wifi router from these people promising hi speeds ans 3000Gb a month.
In reality. It was not fast and had a very small data allowance and charged for more.
I see someone has reported them to Trading standards. Be interested to know how that went.
Trading standards cost us £10's of millions a year. The last time i contacted them. They were offhand. Did not want to know and told me to contact citizens advice. Not sure what they do. Certainly not what they claim on their website

Received not what they advertised and yet doesn't work. Scam and scam! Inside not even manual, no charger Disgrace
