This company is fraudulent and misleading. I made sure to get this from USA so I could return if needed and it did. When it came in it was an address from China, it stank and ripped apart. When I complained, they told me to return to the address it came from not from the Los Angeles location on the website. It would cost the same amount of what I bought it for. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I purchased couch covers from this website. The measurements are way off, they're ridiculous, they don't fit any couch in the world. The large it's like for rectangle body pillow, and the small is like for a pillow on the bed...these sizes are non existent for any couch!!!!

I ordered a vanity mirror from them, which took about two months to get here and a lot of emails to them. Their stuff ships from China if you do not like your product and want to return it, you have to ship it back to China so be ready to eat any bad products. I feel that if you’re going to sell the United States that you should also offer returns available in the United States. I will never order from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IOrdered 3 very large 100% cotton sofa covers at a cost of almost £180. What I got was rubbish it was not cotton but polyester and cotton.Patter was different want to send back not what I ordered. UK law says if you change your mind you have to pay postage back. If you get something you didn't order company pays. I paid through PayPal which was a pain to. Chinese company want me to send back at a cost of £80. Took me three months and the help of an Irish and American person from PayPal who understand UK law. I got my money back but would advise TO STEER CLEAR rip of company

I was hesitant to order from this company because it seemed sketchy, and I wish I had trusted my original instinct. I placed an order two weeks ago and have not yet received it. I have been following the tracking information and it was shipped through some company I've never heard of and has been stuck in the same spot for 4 days. Not sure if I will ever get it, so can't speak to the quality of the product.

I ordered some products then I realized they were not what I wanted and needed and they were very kind and helpful in canceling my order through email exchange. They do have very nice products and were very helpful in all I needed, I just needed something different then what they had. I give them 5 stars for being so cooperative in helping me cancel and responded very quickly. And yes they are out of China but that wasn't a problem at all it was my fault by not looking at what I ordered better and once again their products are really great just not what I was looking for. They are a very trusted site and canceled my order without any problems at all. And I thank them for being so quick to respond to me when I realized I ordered the wrong things.
