Amir c'est le plus mauvais Guide du monde, nous avons acheté des tiquets sur tiquets.com Booking #130675916 et on nous a envoye comme guide Amir, un individu incompetent qui n'est pas venu a l'heure au point de rendez-vous, qui a refuse de porter la drapeau distinctif du guide afin qu'on sache où il est, toute le monde le cherchait, un individu malpoli, irrespectueux qui est partie trop tot du point de rendez-vous et qui a fait une visite incomplete, car on a payé l'aller retour en bus au chateau de Neuschwaistein en Allemagne or il a fait que l'aller et on a été oblige de venir a pied, il nous a fait perdre une heure pour rien dans la montage, donc a fuir, pas sérieux pas competent

Despite this, I did my best to handle the situation calmly and professionally, even as you continuously insulted me and made unreasonable demands.
It’s clear that you have a pattern of leaving negative reviews and creating issues for businesses. Your behavior and false accusations are not reflective of the service we provide or the experience we offer to our customers.
It’s disappointing that you carried out your threat to leave a review if you didn’t get what you wanted, regardless of the facts. I believe in fairness and honesty, and your words here are far from that.
