Penny was awesome
Penny, the lovely lady I spoke with on the phone, was genuinely interested in what coverage I was comfortable with, what my budget was, and the coverage available. She was informative, friendly and most helpful. I have diabetes and anxiety, but I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to be approved for life insurance. I will recommend Specialty Life Insurance.

Daily spam calls despite telling the company I am not interested. They call from different numbers so it's not possible to block them.

SPECIALTY INSURANCE Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company, a life insurance agent reached out, at first I was interested, slept on it sent him a message to hold off a month, no response. Decided to cancel completely,called him, finally after numerous calls he answered, assured me it was canceled, called head office spoke about my experience they reassured me it was a canceled quote, no policy
April,1,2026 3 weeks after 6 emails numerous calls they take the premium out of my bank account. Now with more unanswered calls and emails I'm trying to get reimbursed. Horrible customer service, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I have repeatedly asked this company to stop calling me as I decided not to go with them due to thier outrageous amount of phone calls. Even when I blocked thier number they would call on multiple different numbers. They are still calling daily
