This is the 4th time that I have used Specs4less. Brilliant every time. Always fit perfectly and cheaper than the opticians. Will continue to use.

Ordered on Monday standard lenses. Information states standard lenses 1 to 3 days. Nothing by Thurs. Sent email no response. Sent email after holidays no response. Eventually got glasses on Thursday not 1 to 3 days.

Had my own frames reglazed and short time later I broke said frames . As unrepairable , Spex4less reglazed a new frame and did not charge for the replacement frames .

In business, when something goes wrong it is an OPPORTUNITY to show how good you are.
Had a slight problem due to misunderstanding which they instantly reacted to and put right.
Great company, great product , and more importantly, great customer service.

In just over a week I received my sunglasses, which cost £50 less than any other company were offering. Thought there may be issues; I was wrong. The glasses are fantastic!, as was your service. Thanks

So, looked online and found Spex4Less to have the glasses I wanted at the best price….the term get what you pay for springs to mind!

Order two pairs of Oakley prescription glasses to be told the next day that one pair are actually not available and to pick an alternative, which I did. 7-10 days was the timeframe for them arriving.

After the 10th day I contacted them to be told they had been delayed and that the frames were due in on Monday (this was a Friday), I contacted them Monday to be told that they were delayed and expected by the end of the week…..I contacted them on the Friday and……”they’ll be here Monday”

Contact them again on the Monday to be told that 1 pair have not been sent so they will send out the pair that have and the other pair are due by the end of the week….you can see where this is going!!!

So it’s now 1 month and 1 day since I ordered these to now be told there is a delay with Royal Mail and that I will receive them by Saturday (3 days away)…

The out I received are fine, no issues and when I have spoken to people they have been polite, but despite them telling me they take FULL responsibility they have apportioned blame on staff in Italy not packing the frame and now Royal Mail.

So, my advice would be if you’re happy to wait then fine you will get them at a good price but if you want them sooner then shop around!!

Bought a pair of driving glasses online, they look and work well, and they were ready in 3 days. Staff are all friendly, eager to help, and very knowledgeable. I'll certainly use their services again.

Ordered distance glasses for myself and reading glasses for my wife which arrived 4 days later. Both pairs worked perfectly.
I have used this company previously and have always been very happy with the results and would certainly recommend.

I've been using Spex4Less for several years and I can honestly say their customer service team are superb. Credit where it's due. Great service and very good value too.

I received my spectacles late due to the postal strike, however they arrived today and I’m so pleased with them I will order some reading glasses! I thoroughly approve of specs4less ( easy to order if you have your prescription ) and will save you a fortune 😀

Service used to be fast and efficient now its slow and Chat feature is total waste of time when asking where your order is. Still waiting for two pairs of glasses and no idea when I can expect them. Will cancel order on Monday if not processed by then.

This is my second pair of glasses from them. I love them. They answer the phone and offer solutions when the second pair needed adjusted.
I will always recommend this company.

I ordered 6 pairs of glasses. 2 x reading, 2 x distance, 2 x VDU.
I received a call Friday to pick up my glasses, on Monday I went to collect them.
I was told only two pairs where ready.
I said I was busy and could have waited until Wednesday, instead of wasting 3 - 4 hours travelling.
I was told to calm down.
I then received a call on Tuesday from the manager telling me I had not ordered six pairs and would have to pay extra. I agreed to pay extra, he then went on a rant of how he could not make money at that price and told me "we obviously can not resolve this, return the 2 x pair I had collected for a refund.
The manager (name Cane) was rude and incompetent, the girl on counter got the price wrong and was lost in some other world.
Avoid this service unless your looking to waste your time and/or become frustrated with the service. I feel that time could have been better spent with a professional.John Finnegan. 0872857694.

Absolutely brilliant service and value again. This is my second order and couldn't be happier - there really is no point going to an expensive high street retailer when the value for money and service is this good - many thanks Specs4less

I received excellent service for re-glazing two pairs of glasses. I posted them on Saturday and was informed by email on Monday that they had been received. By Thursday another email told me they had been despatched and I had them back for the weekend, each in a new case. My vision is now noticeably better and the glasses have a new lease of life without the expense of replacing perfectly good frames. I'm very satisfied. Thank you.

Second pair of varifocal glasses, this time for my husband. The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. Easy, efficient and speedy process with a real quality product at the end.

I've already recommended you to my friends and I will do so again. I will never buy glasses anywhere else.
