I received my prescription sunglasses today, whilst delivery took a little longer than expected, I did receive a call from the team to discuss my lens choice, I was guided through a change in lens thickness so the glasses would be more comfortable. This meant a change in delivery date.

The frames are much better quality than I expected, solid and stylish, for the price as a spare set of prescription sunglasses I am really impressed.

Phoned the company as I was trying to locate a certain frame that I couldn’t get elsewhere to see if they stocked it (good range of glasses generally). Very helpful and thankfully they had them. Sent within three days as promised I really like the frames so I will keep them. Didn’t order lenses so I can’t comment on that part of the service. But I was impressed that I was phoned to make sure they had arrived and that I was happy with them. The price of the frames was good as well

There was an issue with the product colour availability. They tried to contact me immediately. The situation was resolved very well. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and polite.

Ordering a product then receiving a phone call 5 days after placing the order telling me they were discontinued 😟 alternative colour ordered due to timescales 😡but no discounted offered, price of product very competitive 👍Do differently ensure system stock is aligned to actual stock so positive client/ customer experience going forward👍

Bought two pairs of Raybans. Excellent customer service throughout from Cherelle, who kept me updated on my order and delivery. Other companies should take note. Will order from here again.
