Great service however they need to reduce the price of thinner lenses especially when the frame chosen needs a thinner lens or alternatively, not let you scroll on through the process and place an order only to get a call the next day recommending thinner lenses but you'll have to pay extra

Excellent Service
An amazing service, and customer services could not be more helpful. I placed my order on Monday after losing my glasses over the weekend and I had my new pair on the Wednesday! Will definitely be purchasing from them again and recommending to friends!

I ordered the top of the range varifocal lens for the Alvington 4,the vision is incredible,with the help of Sai who was so helpful every step of the way, it feels like these are bespoke glasses,the attention to detail,quality of product and price are second to none. Fab, speedy service from a UK based company.
Need a new prescription pair of sunglasses last minute but ones that wouldn't cost a small fortune either and happened upon Specscart, bought the purple Brooke pair and as promised the glasses were ordered and shipped within 24 hours. Very chuffed to see that this is a Bury based company - I have family there! Will definitely be ordering again whenever my prescription changes.

Absolutely incredible service as…
Absolutely incredible service as always. I had to get my lenses changed/glazed, I sent them off on a Friday morning and received them back finished on the following Tuesday! I’ve been using them for a few years now to change lenses of old glasses and they always do a brilliant job and never had any issues.

The person I spoke too this afternoon at about 14.10 was amazingly helpful. I had broken my varifocals and understanding that they coul not replace in my time frame - holiday in 3 days time, I asked if they could pruduce single vision in 24 hrs. Yes, checked frame and lens stock ws good so I placed the order online. Received acknowledgement at 14.14 and confirmation of dispatch at 16.55. Incredible service thank you.

I cannot recommend Specscart highly enough. From start to finish, the customer service from Kapil and Johnathan was absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure my glasses were exactly as I wanted them, taking the time to personally liase with the workshop who made sure the frames and the lens colour tint was just perfect.
Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was completely happy with my purchase. It's rare to find a company that takes such pride in both its products and its customer service.
