Service is good, deposit is fast as possible.
Im really happy with theyr service and also support Angela was really helpful, also answered fast :)

Deposit fee is not big, withdraw fee i dont know, because i used ATM service after deposited money into spectrocoin. ATM fee is 1€

The only thing i can point out and i readed someone else also pointed it out: every time you close browser and open it again, you must log again - even if that was closed 10sec, you must log in again and thats really annoing, but as web programmer, i understand they did this just for safety and because that i reccomend for everyone who it disturbs, just download spectrocoin mobile app and after first login you must add just your passcode, nothing more :)

They are professional, kind and answered all my questions very well
By "they" I mean assistant Sara.

I tested SpectroCoin a few days and there are lots of painpoints.

- First the login process. You have to permanently enter Email, Password and solve a captcha. This process is very annoying, especially on Smartphones. Other alternatives like Fingerprint-Login are far more useful on mobile devices.

-Second card administration is not accessible via App. You have to re-login via web.

-Wallet transactions (PDF/CSV) are not downloadable on Smartphones, in the web browser it works.

-EUR Account Top ups via SEPA take very long. They are at least not Instant.

-When you look into reviews there are many customers complaining about SpectroCoin. For example their accounts were closed, they have no access to their assets or SpectroCoin wants additional documents. Also withdrawals seem often delayed.

From my opinion all these aspects do not make SpectroCoin very trustworthy and reliable at the moment.

The services are good and the customer assistance is great especially (Rayn) Only the withdrawal prices differ (High) from what we are used to in algorithms on the platforms.
This is normal (they must make a profit), if you want to deal with them and you like their prices and services, you are welcome.If you do not like them, look elsewhere. This is what I did during the past months.
I made deposits and withdrawals only to know the fées exactly how much , on the site are not completely clear.

Be careful with this company. Read the clauses of the contract for the same. I fell for one of them. Without logging into their account for 12 months, they will arbitrarily withdraw the purchased Bankera tokens. This is how they treat clients who once trusted their project and invested money. In my opinion, this is a bandit company
