WARNING: Avoid at all cost, they do not respect the laws and court orders.

If you want to lose your money then SPECTROCOIN is the right place !

So many people have their money locked and accounts blocked it is crazy.

Reading spectrocoin replying to these customers that "they are obligated to operate in strict adherence to legal regulations" as an excuse is absolutely hilarious.

I am suing this company since 2018. Last year, THEY GOT SENTENCED by the high court (after failed to appeal) TO PAY THE LEGAL FEE and they NEVER PAID, despite an international order to pay.

If a company that do not follow the laws and the court rulings of an European country is telling you that they must strictly adhere to regulations, they are taking you for an idiot.

That is by the way subject to more severe sentences and ground to engage A COMPLETE BAN of the services in the EU.

Rest assured that all the legal ways are being considered to enforce the decision and bring consequences of ignoring it.

Until they pay the legal fee as ordered by the court, I will bump this review to the top every day to make sure everyone can see that this company is a fraud and I will soon start to post this on every social platforms under every post this company makes and create new accounts everytime they are blocked.

The lawsuit still is ongoing and after 6 years of legal battle, I can assure you that this company is absolutely DISGUSTING.

I have been a member of the site since 2018 and had stopped using it for a while, only to return recently. I have also created accounts on several well-known platforms and never had any issues, with verification typically taking 30 minutes to 24 hours. I use these platforms without any problems.

I will continue to update you on the progress of my issue, and here’s the latest update. Please note that I have kept all conversations and emails.

At first, they did not accept an online bank statement for address verification. I thought that was normal, perhaps because they see Bankera as a competitor. So, they asked for one from a traditional bank.

Since I had closed my traditional bank account, I had to reopen another one, wait for a month, and send them the statement, even though the bank is just around the corner.

today (24/10/2024), they’re telling me the bank statement I sent (which was stamped by the bank) is a scanned document, and they don’t accept scanned documents. They asked for a PDF.

I downloaded the PDF statement from the banking app and sent it. They told me they don’t accept this document either, without explaining why, even though before the issue was that it was scanned. The chat agent told me she didn’t know what the problem was and just sent pre-recorded messages. I responded, “How do you expect me to know if you don’t even know?”

This is just a summary; it’s been 3 months of them making things difficult. I will continue to update you on how this evolves.

Please also understand that my use of their site has never been for commercial purposes; I have never received anything from anyone. Since my return, I have only made a small deposit from my own PayPal to the SpectroCoin bank card.

I have already responded in advance in another comment to their reaction on trustpilot. they want you to believe it comes from the customer. I've tested a lot of very popular sites where I've been verified without a problem, and every time I've been able to subtract a reason from spectrocoin, I've managed to satisfy it. and then they tell me no, it's not that, it's something else. so if you have a clear reason cite it to me here in front of everyone. so there aren't a thousand possibilities, either their so-called regulations are different from the regulations of all the other sites (if you want to believe it) and knowing that my account with them is since 2018, or they're simply lying to steal from you and since all the negative reviews are exclusively in that direction.....

"Don’t listen to their nonsense; here’s an update on the situation:

I found an arrangement with their agent that involved transferring the money and closing the account. They then sent me a message, which I have in my emails, asking me to send my BTC address to withdraw the money. In the end, they closed the account, but I didn’t receive the money.

I reached out to support again, only to be told to be patient (without giving me a reasonable timeframe – I asked specifically just so I could tell you). Know that it’s a small amount, just 70/80 euros, but I don’t intend to let it go. And this is exactly what I’d heard, which is why I decided to test it out and not end up with a large sum with them. If they’re willing to drag you along for months to steal a small amount, just imagine what would happen with a substantial amount."

Waiting verification for 5 months although I am old time customer

I have been their long-time customer for more than 5 years now, every year I provide the same documents for verification and it is done fast, now it is 5 months and I have provided 15 documents the latest 8 days ago and they still have not responded or verified my account. I have provided them with valid bank statements from three different countries all in the EU yet they have rejected all and the latest provided from a Swiss bank. Their support is unhelpful with this both with live chat or email. Think thoroughly if you want to open an account with them as a new customer

Unreliable and Unacceptable

I recently made a cryptocurrency payment using this platform, and after over 24 hours, the transaction is still stuck in "Order Payment Pending" status. Despite the transaction being fully confirmed on the blockchain, the merchant and I are still waiting for the payment to clear.

This delay is unacceptable. Most crypto payments I've made in the past take no more than 30 minutes, but this platform has failed to process the payment on time. My order is now at risk of being canceled, and I’ve had to reach out multiple times with little to no response.

The service feels highly unreliable, and I'm beginning to question the integrity of this company. I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you're running a time-sensitive business. There are far more efficient and trustworthy platforms available.

Disappointed, and I hope others don’t fall into the same situation.

Too horrible
I don't know if they are fake or scammers or something else
But anyhow they are fake and all positive reviews are fake
After 3 months of verifications , they made 2 video calls 😆 with me then they waited 8 days after the 2nd video call then they asked for a genius thing , they asked again for the bank statement I already provided hundred times before 😆
Can any wise man I the world , on what basis I have to provide the same document three times 😆?
And after they made 2 video calls with me not one 😆
I apologize for myself that I wasted all this long time with those fake people who created fake thing to play with people documents
