Lack of support because of Ryan/Angela
Ryan is the only person on support and shows no interest on solving simple problems…. It would be desireable someone with more compromise … he only write for his review here so that is.

Utterly useless
We run an international company operating in 30 countries.
We have been trying to verify our Spectrocoin account for over 12 months. The helpdesk is beyond useless and incompetent.
Stay away from these jokers.
