Spectrum supplied windows and doors for our self build in 2013, which still look as good today, as the day they were fitted. We had no hesitation in asking Lone to supply and fit windows and doors,for our latest self build project. We are delighted with them, from initial consultation to installation. The installation team were extremely professional and took immense pride in their work, making sure we were happy every step of the way. We would absolutely recommend Spectrum 100%.

Spectrum Architectural Glazing recently installed a 5x3m Solarlux Wintergarden at our property. We had been considering replacing our old conservatory with something more contemporary and thermally efficient for a number of years. After researching such products we visited the Spectrum showroom in Newport and were really impressed with the products on display and the Spectrum team. We very quickly concluded that a Solarlux Wintergarden was the solution for us and with the help of Neil we were able to refine our ideas and cost plan for the works. Silje was then invaluable in helping us to finalise the solution and enable us to co-ordinate the installation details with the other trades necessary to complete the works. Luke and Ryan completed the on-site installation with the minimum of fuss and were courteous and helpful throughout. We have now had our first 6 months with the Wintergarden in place and love it. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Spectrum team and the Solarlux product.

First rate service from all at Spectrum. From the very first communication, survey and design, to delivery and installation, every step was excellent. You get what you pay for and the Internorm products that we wanted are not cheap but Spectrum guided us expertly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

So pleased with my Solarlux Wintergarden . It was a small scale urban addition but has made a massive difference to the space . The team are knowledgeable and professional , from start to finish they were helpful, flexible and resourceful in resolving any issues that arose .

We’ve been working with Neil, Lone and the team at Spectrum for the last couple of years whilst our house has been renovated. The service and products we have received have been of the highest quality and we could not recommend them more to anyone looking to invest in quality glazing.

We first visited Neil in the Newport showroom to see the Solarlux Cero sliding window and the Solarlux Hi-Line Bifold displays, which are fantastic and really allow you to see and feel the quality. Neil is a great host, passionate about the product but not at all pushy. In fact, the same enthusiasm and professionalism came across in all the people we met in dealing with Spectrum.

We decided at that point to go with the Solarlux products for our project, but we did feel that they would likely put our other windows to shame! We therefore decided to upgrade the rest of our windows to Internorm, matching the black-grey frame colour we’d chosen on the Solarlux.

Due to delays in our extension project, the majority of the Internorm windows were actually installed well before the Solarlux - the installation team did a fantastic job, very quickly installing ~20 windows of varying shapes and sizes. The team also added colour matched aluminium trims to most of the windows to give a finishing touch. They look great and we’ve had a lot of positive comments from the neighbours!

Despite not being the recommend approach, our builder worked with Silje at Spectrum to agree the size of the required apertures for the sliders and Bifolds prior to it being built, so we could get the order placed earlier. The attention to detail (and triple checks) meant that the Cero and Bifolds were installed without an issue - we are really happy with them. The Cero in particular provide a real wow factor due to their sheer size! Again, the guys doing the install made it look easy, navigating the robot and the huge panes of glass around some tight bends.

Finally we’ve had an Internorm electronic locking door installed, which really sets off our new porch - great product.

The Spectrum Architectural team have been attentive and supportive throughout our journey with them. As is normal, there have been a few post-install niggles with windows and doors requiring adjustment - on every occasion, the team have been amazingly responsive, getting one of the guys out to us quickly and resolving the issues. The aftercare service is first rate.

What an amazing Company. Our property has a unique two-story glass frontage, that was originally oak framed. The oak frame was severely weathered, rotting in places and looked old and tired. We had the idea of replacing these with modern aluminium frames, and to also replace all the other doors and windows of the property, to give a more contemporary appearance. This would involve ripping out an entire two-storey wall of our property, so we were naturally apprehensive. After a lot of research on-line, we found Spectrum. We arranged a visit to their showroom, where we met Dave from Sales, who carefully explained the pros and cons of different products. We selected Internorm as the best solution for our needs. Over the next few weeks Dave and the team worked with us, helping to select colours, style, and providing life-like mock-up drawings. Once the design was settled, Spectrum carried out a detailed survey, measuring everything with exceptional precision. After the frames and panels had been manufactured by Internorm, the installation schedule was agreed. The Installation team were phenomenal. Led by Mark, their level of professionalism, tidiness and attention to detail were exceptional. The installation went according to plan but as with any major construction project there were a few unseen snags and problems. Every snag and problem were identified and efficiently resolved. We now have a stunning property, with an amazing contemporary look, and windows that will last a lifetime. A big mention must go to Lone who did a phenomenal job making all of this happen. We have just had three much anticipated doors fitted in our barn conversion. They have far surpassed our expectations and are absolutely stunning! We are so delighted and they have transformed our home.

Chose Spectrum Architectural Glazing because of the quality and technology of the Solarlux bifolds, plus they were local to me. Great to deal with, delivery and installation as planned, had a slight issue two years after installation which was resolved quickly and without any quibbles. Thoroughly recommended.

We've had a 3.5 x7 m all glass winter garden extension to the kitchen in our 170 yr old stone built house. Absolutely awesome. The glazing/bifolds and finish are spot on. It attaches direct to the old sandstone wall where modern meets very old and looks fantastic. Now the warmest room in the house and used more as a result. Opens direct into the garden so even when its bad weather you feel like your outside.
The fitters led by Mark have been great and the sales team equally so. We should have done this years ago.

Spectrum supplied and fitted internorm windows to a self build I carried out in Sheffield and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The windows are worth every penny. The quality is as good as promised. Every tradesman working on the project has commented on the look and the quality being better than anything they’ve seen before. Spectrum themselves were brilliant. Neil and Dave helped all the way through buying and after sales. The fitting team were professional, diligent and cared about the job. Simply put they were the best tradesmen I’ve had on site during the entire 16 month build. Worth every penny from start to finish and wouldn’t look elsewhere if I carried out another project.

Our journey with Spectrum Architectural Glazing has been nothing but exceptional. Having moved into a traditional 1970's ugly duckling, Silje and the team at Spectrum have professionally and diligently Project Managed the transformation of our home over the past three years and a number of phases into a modern contemporary Scandinavian design with quality function and form. What can we say about Spectrum?

After a good few months of following them on social media and reading all the comments written by previous customers, we decided to take the plunge and visit their showroom. We needed good strong large sliding doors and windows for our barn that not only looked good but did a great job of keeping the weather out too as we live on top of a very windy hill in the Peak District.

From the moment we walked through the showroom door Dave was so helpful. After showing us around, he sat us down made us a coffee and chatted to us about what we were looking for. There was no hard sell, no pressure just a genuine interest in what we wanted to achieve. He was very knowledgeable and informative from the start and helped us come to the right decision on what windows and colours to choose. Our interactions with him both by visits, phone calls and emails lasted at least a couple of years before we were finally able to put our order in, mainly due to the outbreak of Covid. During this time Dave kept in touch with us throughout and was always very patient, polite and pleasant with us. By the end of lockdown and the whole process, we felt we had made a friend .

The whole team at Spectrum are excellent at their jobs, from Silje who came to measure up and advised us in preparation for the fitting, to the fitters who worked tirelessly through some really awful winter weather. These guys are a credit to the company!

We are so pleased that we chose Spectrum, we love our windows and everyone who has either worked on our barn since or has come to visit to see where we are up to, have all commented on how well made and nice they are!
