Update it's worse than I thought. MInus 5 stars.No refund no response no nothing. BTW the software is horrible anyway. To top off their rip-off scheme hidden inside the one-time payment is a renewal every ten years. How they do this is mind-boggling and one would think it illegal. The marketing people are laughing all the way to the bank. Do not buy this product I did and I regretted it immediately. The goal is to wear you down by clicking on offers you can upgrade to. The 100% money-back guarantee is 100% bs as I have not even received a response to my so-called ticket.

Speechelo company is fraud for the following reasons: 1-They sell you a service and once you are logged in they ask you to upgrade to receive the service. 2- They list on their shopping cart that the product is one year subscription but they automatically charge you after six months. 3-Soon you sign in their postal they don't let you access all the voices, you have to pay more just after you paid the subscription 4-Speechelo doesn't list their terms like for how long you paid and when they will renew your membership 5-You can't delete your account as normal companies do, I am not sure you can delete your account, I hope you let me know. 6-They bombarded you with advertising for other softwares and their prices are the highest in the market. 7-Speechelo customer service is rude and unpleasant, when I raised the issue to Paypal to help me cancel the automated payment, they also lost their way and Paypal became more rude than Speechelo. 8-I hope you have better experience than mine with such fraud AI companies.

Speechelo offer is a BIG Lie!!! Don't believe them.
Speechelo offers a one time purchase which is a BIG lie, they will upsell order services and limit your usage. Have 30,000 characters used which doesn't refresh even after as promised even after 13days. Today I was debited again with $51.54 and there is nowhere on the site where you can cancel subscription. Support doesn't reply fast. The voices are more like animations than the promised real voices.
I won't recommend Speechelo to anyone! You keep getting debits with no value. Once I have this subscription cancel by their support, no more. If not, I might have to just block the card! If you must pay to speechelo, use PayPal so you can always cancel subscription through PayPal support.
I feel robbed!!!

Good Product
Very happy with the product although I think there should be more voices at the budget end because frankly, there's not enough! I understand because they want you to spend MORE on the product having lured you in but they should offer a little for what you have paid for. That being said....were the voices good...absolutely they were. Pretty much perfect and certainly usable for what I need.Inflection in the voices is largely right, a bit of a faff programming if you have a lot to write but the end is definitely rewarding and I've not heard this good a voice for the low start price.

I can't say anything bad about the product or the company. I was looking for a tool, which could provide me with a female voice for a project and I tried Speechelo. I couldn't get the emotions out of it, which were needed, so I asked for a refund. They got in touch very quick and very professional. Got my refund in a couple of hours. Thumbs up! If the tool will get the possibility to add more emotions to the voice AI, I will definietly consider a rebuy.

I fell for the ad and tried Speechelo. I was not impressed by any of the voices so I requested full refund on same day (way before the deadline for refund). However, my request is constantly refused with offers to stay for some free upgrades, which I am not interested in. I also found out they submitted a 5 times payment approval thru PayPal. Now I have to call PayPal about this mess. Not impressed by their "service".

BEWARE!!!! A total rip off for a worthless app and no instructions how to fully utilize the application. This WAS a waste of hard earned cash. Stay far away from the so called too good to be true offer of $27 for the application with almost no features that you can't utilize for any meaningful narration! That is if you want to UPGRADE to the next level which will allow you realistic narration features if you can figure out how to use it. ...That is if your ever able to figure out very limited compared to the upgraded version which will cost you $47 dollars every three months or almost $200 a year to pay for it in full. This has saved me countless hours recording voiceovers
I purchased the standard version, tried it, and it worked very well. There were a limited number of British voices which we use so I went ahead and purchased the lifetime pro package at a one-off cost.
The Pro package has lots of voices to choose from. The quality of them does vary and we find the female British voices are better than the male ones.
I run a marketing agency and we use Speechelo to create voice-overs for text reviews & testimonials which we turn into videos. We also use it for YouTube channel intro videos and several other things like that. It has saved countless hours of me recording voiceovers myself and a lot of money in getting them done by a voice-over artist.
The voiceovers are really good provided you use plenty of punctuation in the script, which is what they advise.
We've never had to contact support as everything has worked well, so I can't comment on what that is like.
Overall I'm delighted with the product and it's fast becoming an essential tool in creating videos very quickly for our clients.

I was really iffy about whether I should give Speechelo and Scriptelo a try. I decided to give them a shot and have not regretted it. Being able to use Speechelo Pro to create the voice overs I need to promote the business was great but having Scriptelo and Speechelo working together was AMAZING! Customer support was really great to work with as well. They answered every doubt I had and were really supportive and understanding even when I showed frustration. Not sure if this company will give refund
I was looking for a text-to-speech app and found Speechelo. It looked interesting and they are pretty hard sell, but I wanted to see (and hear) more examples of their voices. It appeared the only way to do that was to sign up for their standard option. Since they say several times on their website and in their videos that they will give you a full refund within 60 days, I thought it would be safe. It's now appearing I may have been wrong. In response to my request for a refund (the only US female voice available was awful), customer support pitched me to buy the pro version, which I do not need nor want. Now, I'm not sure whether they will honor what they advertise on their website about refunds or not. Will definitely keep you posted.
