Really impressed with Speed Booking
Really impressed with Speed Booking. I was struggling to find a suitable driving test date myself and decided to give them a try. The whole process was simple and straightforward, and they managed to find me a test date much quicker than I expected.
Communication was great throughout, and I always knew what was happening. The team were helpful, professional, and made what can be a stressful process feel much easier.

Definitely would recommend and the pressure would be lifted.
Definitely recommend using speed booking UK after a really bad experience, the gentleman was so helpful and put my mind at rest spoke to me on the phone and reasured me when actually booking. My husband passed his driving test first time.

Wrong date booked + they scammed me
I was recommended speedbooking by a friend. There are two major problems i had.
First problem: i asked them to book me for the 27th of may because they had that date available, they agreed and then booked me for the 19th of may which i only noticed later in the evening. They didn’t change the date or cancel the booking and offer me a refund no matter how many times i pressed them on the issue.
Problem two: I arrived at the test centre anyways and had to call in sick (which i got in trouble for) just to attend on the 19th of may. I then didn’t get my name called out by any examiner, and when i called dvla to ask why, they told me that my test was cancelled online all the way back in march. I wasn’t notified, nor refunded, and this was the only company i gave my license details to. They essentially scammed me.
I messaged them afterwards for a solution and asked for a refund or an explanation, they concluded by saying “another service has probably used your license details to cancel the booking” even though i have not used any other company. They are now ignoring me, have my license details, and have scammed me of £250. Please completely avoid them, I am getting authorities involved for a fraud investigation.

Following the recent DVSA system changes, we experienced a small number of booking issues with one of our suppliers. We’ve since updated our processes and resolved these issues, but we’d like to review your case individually to establish exactly what happened.

My daughter booked her test with Speed…
My daughter booked her test with Speed Booking UK back in May 2026. Today she found out the booking was for a special requirement/disabled test. She was told that if you turn up for the test she would be refused and not allowed to take it.
Today we have WhatsApp Speed Booking UK many times explaining what we were told by the DVSA and asked them to get back to us. They have ignored us. My daughter has worked so hard with her Saturday job saving to pay £250 for this test to be SCAMMED!

I paid 250 pounds to this company…
I paid 250 pounds to this company almost one month ago for driving test but my booking didn't go through so they said they will refund my money but since one month i am keep asking for refund and they are just ignoring.
They scammed me. I have requested so many times to them but they don't reply.
Their policy says immediate refund but they don't give refund if your booking doesn't go through. They have blocked me now.
It is better to book yourself through testi app.
