I'm sorry you are still waiting for your delivery. We would have been very happy to assist you, if you had contacted with any questions regarding your order. As you can see from the Track and Trace you received when we shipped your order on the 23rd, your order is on its way to you. I realise its annoying to wait for your parcel, but its only been 3 working days and delivery to the UK simply takes a few extra days for the couriers due to customs and getting the goods across the channel.
Rest assured that we are VERY interested in ensuring you are happy - both before and after receiving payment - but in order for us to help you, you need to contact us.

We always want to know what we can do to improve, but I do think your review here is perhaps a bit on the harsh side, as the problem is related to DPD and Brexit, rather than us and our service. I would also like to add that we write the costs for importing to the UK very clearly on the product pages, and also sent you an email after your ordered, specifically to make sure that you were aware of the extra cost that would be added by UK customs upon import and help you avoid unpleasant surprises.

I ordered a new futaba transmitter from Blasted because it was the price on the web. The product has taken longer than expected to arrive . This wasn’t down to Blasted tho, it was delays on their couriers side (PostNord). But Kenneth from Blasted was always in contact me and gave me updates which was very of him and good customer service.
