We don't appear to have a record of you either using or purchasing our service. Not only in 2020, but ever.
Apologies this reply is perhaps long overdue but there is nothing I can add without knowing the details of the issue. Perhaps if you'd like to get in touch we can investigate?
What I can say say is, SpeedLink worked flat-out during the pandemic and was incredibly busy during this period. We were helping in a small way to keep Britain ticking over as it were. Some clients such as businesses were prioritised so we could get IT equipment, desks and chairs delivered to people who needed to work from home, and keep earning.
While we endeavoured to provide the highest level of service to everyone, there were times during 2020 when drivers were delayed unfortunately. But as I say, without further details, I can't really explain. But certainly, this would have only been a matter of minutes or and hour or so. Not days.
