Bought a bio fuse 2.0 junior mask for my son. Looked great but was leaky. Arrived in a flimsy package as a “case”. Spent $45 plus $10 postage. I sent it back and only received back $35. They told me they charge a $10 processing plus i have to pay for return packaging.
Not happy for a famous iconic Australian brand.

Once again brilliant. No issues I got the one piece swimmers with boy legs. Great fit awesome under a dress when im away stops chafing and also great breast support.

Speedo Swimwear. Poor quality made in Bangladesh. Purchased by my son as a Fathers Day gift in September 2025. Have been used 3 times per week. Product has rotted and disintegrated. Don’t have the receipt to return to the retail store. Let’s face it you might keep a receipt for a few weeks in case the product needs to be changed because of size or colour but who keeps a receipt for 6 months.
Emailed the company asking for postal address so I could return them for inspection. Received a reply from True Alliance Business Solutions saying they could do nothing without a receipt and to go back to the retail outlet they were purchased from.
Contacted them again explaining the situation and they sent the same reply again.
Speedo in not Australian owned and typical of large corporations they do not have an Australian postal address or phone number only email so they avoid direct contact with the consumer.

First order reported to have been delivered after 35 days cameras confirmed not delivered . Requested refund not received The company claims to have resent but I doubt will ever arrive and based on others experience likely to be not the size ordered and poor quality

Honestly, I didn’t expect to go on a 9 month-long odyssey just to get a simple refund, but here we are.

I returned my Speedo order January 2025 within the allocated returns timeframe. I got no acknowledgment when it arrived or was processed.

I shouldn’t be too harsh, they did acknowledge that my return existed 4 months later after hounding them.

9 months later, this entire process has been a massive fark around still no communication or confirmation of a refund.

Worst customer service, don’t know why they bother having an email online at speedo.com.au that nobody responds to.

Absolutely will not be shopping here again, I’ve had faster and more reliable communication with a half run over wombat.

I wish I had read the negative reviews before buying the Biofuse 2.0 goggles . I put aside my trusted zoggs goggles to use these speedo goggles I purchased and within 1 month and a couple of uses however the left eyecup split rendering them useless !! seriously not happy speedo !!! I have returned them 4 weeks ago as per Speedo instructions however there has been no action of reply on Speedos part......Return Reference #BNSOSP000406539-RC1
