I used to love this site . Withdrawn at least 50 times over $600 at times . Sadly my redemption has been sitting since 03/20/26
This is terrible. NOT INSTANT if over $600 they say.. so I switched it to $100 … waited 2 days nothing … what is going on with this site??

Bought the $10 30 sc starter pack and won $123! Put in the redemption and got the funds like 10 minutes later. DO NOT PLAY HERE!! Horrible experience. You will not be able to redeem your winnings. I have been waiting 2 weeks to redeem and I keep getting the same “we are working as hard as we can to verify you for redemptions”. In no world should this take two weeks when they promote instant redemptions for their website. This has been the longest I have ever had to wait to redeem. On top of that I have been emailing to try and figure out what is going on and they won’t even respond. Horrible experience. I don’t want to be quick to say it’s a SCAM, but what else could it be. I will keep you guys updated if anything changes but I don’t see it happening.

I had an issue with my redemption request, the support team were immediately in contact, kept me posted and moved urgently to get my issue resolved! This is my first time and I was very pleased with the speedy services.

I won a large amount of money March 1st, redeemed it and was pretty excited. The redemption was cancelled three times and put back onto my account for me to play. I spoke to the agents on the chat and every single time I was told something different (redeem for a smaller amount, cant put in too many requests etc) finally on the third time someone said they needed to verify my account. I send the information in and 4 days later they email saying sorry for the trouble my account is verified (after I play back all the winnings, my fault) . Fast forward to March 18th and I am attempting to cash out and they are wanting me to reverify the info I already verified. It feels like a scam.

I was unsure when said would win in in first 10 spins I started playing game within ten spins I done one some played less then an hour and put in to redeem my winnings won over 300.00 n look about an hour to get winnings because there was a couple accounts with same name but they had everything resolved in my winnings in account in about an hour

Don't waste your money this app its trash I won 2k or more and tried over 6 times too do a redemption kept getting rejected for no cause all my information was correct for the KYC. They rejected it for days
