I’ve been trying to redeem for a week now and this website won’t let me when I contacted support they told me they needed extra verification so I did all they asked and it still did not work and they told me it was an issue with my bank these people are scam artists don’t play here

The other reviews are legit. The redemption time is very quick once all the verification requirements are met. Never more than 30 minutes. Use the same card you made the deposit with for a smooth redemption.

I bought one of the welcome deals. $25 for 50sc. I won 400 and probably could have won more if I kept playing. I cashed out 350. The redemption process was fast after they verified my debit card details. It took less than 24 hours for them to verify my card and then the actual redemption was pretty much instant, maybe took 1 hour.

You never win. It’s a scam don’t buy

I’m giving this 2 stars because while small redemptions are genuinely fast and I did eventually receive my full winnings, the experience with a larger win was not handled well.

For smaller amounts around $100–$200, redemptions are literally instant. My winnings were larger, however, and my full redemption was rejected. I was told to split it into smaller requests, but even then the process took nearly a month to fully complete, with very little explanation.

If you win a larger amount, be prepared for a long wait and avoid continuing to play your balance while waiting. They did pay me in the end, but the lack of transparency and extended delay made this a frustrating and stressful experience.

Update 1/18: they took the time to copy and paste a reply to this review, but couldn't take the time to answer my emails. Even the customer service representative "Meghan" ignored me. Now on day 8 with not a single dollar paid.

Stay away from this casino at all costs. Most of the reviews you see on trustpilot and other websites are fake and if you pay careful attention you can tell they are duplicated. I'm not sure how they get away with this but they are definitely a scam.

I won over 20K ($20,000) sweepstakes coins to be redeemed into money. They allow me to redeem up the 2000 ($2,000) sweeps coins per day.

I went through the kyc verification using my driver's license, I sent them the copies of the debit card as requested, and I have emailed support multiple times. I have also talked to their customer service representatives. They are very friendly but they just keep referring you back to the compliance team. The compliance team told me they can take up to a maximum of 10 days for the money to be redeemed.

Fast forward 5 days later, for no reason at all, and after doing exactly everything they said to the letter, my redemptions are being rejected.

After doing some deeper research, I'm learning that this is a common occurrence with this company. They seem to be legit and they play legit games, but they certainly do not do instant payouts like they claim and they do not seem to have any money to pay out at all.

Don't make the same mistake I did. If it's too good to be true it probably is. They are a scam and they should probably be investigated for the way that they operate.

Just realize they have really tight terms and conditions and even if you win big, regardless of how much money you spent, you're not going to get anything back.
