I had a package delivered by SpeedX that had the wrong address (issue with the vendor) and was undeliverable. I reached out to SpeedX via LinkedIn and got an immediate response. They located the item and changed the delivery address. They then checked in with me twice and finally checked to confirm arrival of the package. It was excellent customer service!

This is the worst carrier ever! They don’t update their statuses for days and then will send you an email (can’t ever talk to someone) saying it’s still in process but then send a follow up email saying it’s out for delivery. Package never comes and they send the same automated message again! I hope the people who hire Speed X thinks twice about using them again! It’s just bad customer service all the way around

Well I have ordered numerous items and it still shows that my items are sitting in their warehouse in Montebello California since June 1st when they should have already been delivered by now

SpeedX has been great. They actually hit their delivery dates, so I’m not stuck waiting around, and they handle the packages with care—everything shows up in perfect condition. It’s just nice to have a service that’s reliable and doesn't stress me out.

Delivery driver left the wrong package, knowing the tracking number belong to someone 30 miles away. Took a picture of the back of package not showing the address or tracking number. Then claiming that my package with my tracking number was delivered, which is false. I contacted SpeedX, explained what happen, said would look into this matter. Wrong package tracking #spxsea030212898622 for Gig Harbor address. Still have not heard back.

The delivery man so lazy he just throwing the parcel in the front yard. The gate is not locked . What they do just throw the parcel and run that lazy they are. And this morning I saw my own eyes. They just throw it. I'm just so furious. And he's reason he think the gate is electric without even trying to open how disappointing and disgusting. Not only today its always happen we saw our pacel in the middle in front yard and if going to rain you will pick up your parcel wet our someone steal it because the delivery don't care about it .

If I can give them a 0 I would. Drivers always deliver to the wrong address. Like look at the street sign. I have a large delivery box outside and these people block the door with the package. Learn to read, Delivery! Smh

ZERO STARS. This company continues to deliver packages to the wrong location, and this time it resulted in my package being stolen. I provided my correct unit number, but my package was not delivered to my mailbox, locker, or front door.
If the carrier couldn't deliver it correctly, it should have been marked as a failed delivery and held for pickup—not left wherever was most convenient yall just to mark it as "delivered.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I never received a notification that my package had been delivered. People spend their hard-earned money on orders and should be able to trust that they'll actually receive them. This was careless, irresponsible, and completely avoidable.

SpeedX is the most unreliable shipping courier. I can see why they’re the cheapest cause they’re absolute dog water. I live in an apartment complex where packages go missing if left in the lobby. Why is it so hard for them to deliver to your door? Receiving an item means expecting it at your doorstep or mailbox. All they do is throw random packages in the lobby and it’s free game for anyone wanting to steal something… And when you confront one of the delivery guys about it, they’ll blatantly say they don’t care… useless
company with no sense of urgency, which makes sense cause they just about hire anyone. Wishing the worst for this company.

Always always always issues. I stopped ordering online because they use them as a delivery service. They were terrible then they seemed to get better and now they’re back to being crappy again. The usual issues package is not being delivered,or late, sometimes going to the wrong address, is my favorite package ripped tampered with or with a random slice on it...how about coming to your house at 9:30 or later?..Done.

I've been ordering from Temu for awhile now and for the most part, SpeedX was doing fine. The first delivery drivers I encountered didn't know where my house was but they contacted me by phone and I was able to retrieve my packages, as well as point them to where I live. Since then, I haven't had any problems. Today on the other hand, is a different story. I don't know if it's because this delivery driver is new, never delivered to my address before or the heat made him delirious but he delivered my package to someone else's address simply because we share the same house number. (901) You can't get in touch with a real person at SpeedX and even if you submit a complaint through their online robot, you're told someone will get in contact with you but they never do. I had to submit a refund with Temu, who immediately refunded my money back after receiving proof that my address is completely different from wherever it was left. If I knew where it was, I would go get it myself. All I can hope for is the person whose door it was left on, finds a way to return it to me. Otherwise I'll be resubmitting my order but making sure to tell Temu, do NOT use SpeedX.

You provided acceptable service overall, but there is room for improvement. The shipment was delivered successfully, however communication and tracking updates could have been more consistent. Transit time was slightly longer than expected, and customer support response times could be improved. While the service met basic expectations, a more proactive approach and better visibility throughout the delivery process would enhance the customer experience.

Delivery driver lies about package being undeliverable due to ‘incorrect address’ - I confirmed it was correct - and ‘inaccessible’ address.
I got a package from them earlier in the same day yesterday. Now one of their drivers decided to lie and declare my address ‘incorrect and inaccessible’
This business is a scam and needs to be sued out of existence and shut down.
There’s no customer service number or email, just a sycophantic Ai chat bot that will talk in circles with empty words.
AVOID USE IF YOU CAN
I will be starting the complaint process with the police and my local consumer protection to prosecute the company and employee for fraud. I suggest others do the same.

Parcel tracking showed it hadn't moved since arriving at Bankstown weeks earlier.
Trying to get support is only available via chatbot, no email or phone contact available. Bot chained I would get status updates but that never happened.
Some days after another chatbot interaction I eventually got a "human" to email me, but it was useless as all they would tell me was, sorry, don't know where it is...
It's your one damn job, deliver parcels and track them along the way and they can't even do that.
Absolutely hopeless
