when needed you'll get a small amount to cover emergency expenses …

the fact the interest is higher for a 2 week period is ridiculous. Having to pay almost 600 dollars when I only got about 485 is insane. The fact that you have to pay that in full back instead of breaking it in half is even worse. there is an option to refinance but youre still having to overpay regardless. Customer service isnt very useful.

The company is given people a chance by…

The company is given people a chance by giving the a loan when nobody else would. And the supervisor at the Smyrna store was very polite and she was nice. She explained the process in details and she is one of the best people person in performing her job. She deserves to be a supervisor.

It was actually uncomfortable

It was actually uncomfortable. I called in advance and asked what I needed to pick up the loan in person. I was told just my ID. When I got there, the lady seemed super skeptical of me and was asking for a confirmation. I was fooling around with my phone trying to login to my account for a while to find this # for quite while she just stared only for her today “oh I can get it.” 🙄 idk. Makes you not even want to use the service
