Over 50% cheaper than quoted by the estate agents for an epc certificate. Phoned Speedyepc on Monday and got an appointment for the very next day. Turned up perfectly on time. Polite, friendly and professional. Got on with his job with no disruption.
I have my EPC certificate within 5 hours of his visit.

Quick and efficient and very polite

I found speedy epc after searching on google and didn’t regret it all. Customer service was excellent and the job was done in 20 mins. Had the certificate a few minutes after the friendly chap left.
