It was quickly clear that there were only enough parts for one complete shelf.
Mailed the sales email address the confirmation was sent from - the same one listed on their site, used the sites order tracker problem resolver several times, had one phone call of a number of weeks.
Completely unable to make contact. Unable to return some else's order or get the parts to finish our order. Barclays eventually refunded me but obviously if there is a clear error and there is absolutely no way to resolve it I cant recommend them despite the shelf we do have being perfectly fit for purpose
