Wheel refurb
Took my old 1990s Ford alloy wheels in to be refurbished. Speedy's did a good job and turned them around in about a week. Very happy with the process and the result.

There was a charge added near payment…
There was a charge added near payment that I hadn't noticed, it was a ridiculous amount of over £60 for delivering 2 tyres in the Highlands. Most companies have dropped this con since the couriers now don't charge extra for this. To be clear, I am 2 hours from Glasgow on a main trunk road. I get deliveries all the time from many other sources without this scam being applied.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. The other day my father was stranded with two blow outs. I was working and even though they do not offer mobile service they went above and beyond to help him. They went out and brought him back and changed both tyres. They treated my father with excellent customer service. Guys you were my life saver and I cannot thank you enough!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE…
Quite simply THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced in many a year.
Wanted a price for four wheels powder coated and new tyres. I asked for an email with the total price over a period of three weeks.
I used their chat on 4-5 occasions and was promised the Leicester branch would get back to me..they didn't...
Then out of the blue the manager calls me and apologized for not getting back to me, I asked him on the phone to send me an email with the price so I can proceed...it never materialized...I tried to ring them a dozen times but nobody picks the phone up and eventually you get cut off!!
