I haven't heard anything it was a girl I work with done it she got money and a handful of people have got money but I haven't heard anything I don't know what to do 😭 the phone doesn't work goes through to O2 voicemail started the whole thing back last year and stopped messaging me around December time how do I know if they got my money ?

i worked with a woman on there called Kimberly she was helpful at first but she started ignoring my follow up messages towards the end mind you i still haven’t heard from her it’s been a month i’ve been calling and messaging her still no response and it was urgent as a got a letter from HMRC stating the code expires soon she did not even acknowledge me , i just think it’s unfair to be treated like that by someone that is holding your personal information has you thinking it’s fraud overall i’ve gotten nothing from the whole process.

Absolute fraudsters. I can see my refund has been processed by HMRC but not received payment. “Rob” who I was dealing with has now left the company. Avoid at all costs

I'd give this company 0 stars if I could. They received my money in September and I am STILL waiting to be reimbursed which I probably will never get. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Rob needs to be held accountable and I will be reporting to the police and action fraud.

They pretend to be nice to you while dealing and submitting your paper work, once money hits in their account they disappear, the person who was dealing with me was Josh and he doesn’t want to answer my call anymore

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I dealt with a lady named Kelly. She went through the paper work with me over the phone, I clearly stated I wouldn’t have evidence to support the claims. She said that was fine and that was written and signed in the form. An error was made on my expenses form, however I didn’t realise until the claim went in. I cancelled the claim with HMRC as I didn’t want to be a fraud. Kelly owned up to making the typing error of 230 days lunches paid, instead of 2/3 days a year. I asked Kelly that I amend my tax expense/self assessment form and I was told I couldn’t and she pushed me to send the forms proving these expenses (which I did not) even though Kelly “my agent” new that the expenses was now claiming for thousands instead of a couple hundreds (if I was lucky) because of a typing error she admitted too (screen shots are saved). I sent a photo of information from HMRC stating that you can amend your return. I sent numbers of messaging asking Kelly to contact me, numbers of phone calls unanswered by Kelly and from the number which has been removed from the refund mate site, so had no further communication as of the 14th October. Today the 9th of December I have received an email of an invoice of almost £3000 to pay by the 16th of December due to cancelling a claim with HMRC when they were trying to push for me to make a fraudulent claim. Shame on you.

I have contacted HMRC and informed them of fraudulent activity with the name of site, refund mate and claims solutions and all that JAZZ.

Also, Kelly left the company and I was never given a new agent, hmm wonder why she left. My guess is for putting on a message that she made an error.

Complete fraud. Josh will complete the forms, take the money and you won’t see a penny.

If i could put zero stars then I would. Biggest robbing scammers i've ever known. DO not use . Have reported them to the police and fraud line. Hope they get their KARMA

Started this process in march and all seemed fine at first. Got half my payment (£80) a few months ago and then all contact was blocked. Got two penalties through the post and then rang hmrc. Turns out my tax rebate for the year got paid into their account. FRAUDS !!

Wouldn’t recommend at all. All fine until money received then it’s been an absolute nightmare. Avoid Kimberley, she was dealing with my refund and is now non existent and literally impossible to get a reply off her. Since received the funds I’m now paying emergency tax on my wage.

It’s a scam

Put an over inflated claim into HMRC and was paid out £600 weeks ago but nothing passed on to us . HMRC now want the money back from us ! Now no contact from “ Josh “

Been trying to find out all this week why this firm got paid out 1st September and still haven't paid me . Person who was dealing with claim left . No manager in atm . Email finance department waiting on a response. All excuses ...
Messaged and said going police tomorrow cause they have withheld my money for over 2 months now ...

Initially had positive experience with company agent Kelly was helpful and documents submitted, however issues once the company received payment 👎🏼 after 1 week said was issue with payment and then waited another two weeks with no reply to any messages only to find out agent has now left the company. I’ve tried contacting but still not heard anything. Company seems really helpful until payment then keep you waiting for your share of money. Today is 14th November 2024 and still not received payment or response to e-Mail. Do Not Use this company!

In a Nearly 8 month Struggle to obtain my money I Washed my hands with the whole Thing and wrote a review On this page That isn't here anymore, The review Was up for Maybe an hour and my phone rang....it was the Tax buddi Number I had been Ringing for Nearly 8 month straight, That was the companys name Before they Changed it. On the other End of the phone was a chap called Ben, "I like to call him Begger Ben" He stated if I Remove the Bad Review I'd left He would personally Make sure I Received My payment.....that they had already Received

Terrible company to make claims with, they’re still holding my money and it’s been more than 6months plus. Did this through tax buddi originally, then they changed to refundmate.co.uk and now it’s refundmate.tax hmmm suspicious to me. I would highly not recommend doing a tax rebate through this company and use another company for your claims as a friend did this and got paid within 3months.
