Warning! Do not buy from this company. Shoes not as pictured and could not get a refund. Said shoes would have to be shipped back to China and shipping would be too much. Yet they were shipped to me from a US address. Can't even wear them. This company does not even care about their reputation.

I got ripped off from this company. I waited 6 weeks to get products , but finally it was fake Vionic item they offered $3.5 refund shipping fee . I paid $56.98 plus transactions fee from Hongkong fee . This is the bad business I send email to them . Michael Benson sent me the feedback . I wished I know it before I bought . I also reported to my credit card company and waiting for dispute process .

This company is a Chinese scam, they sent me a defective product and say if I want a refund I must pay $40 to mail to China. This is the price of the defective t shirt. They pose as a reputable US company but they are not. Stay away from Spelesy!!

Same issue as others. Took forever to get item, which was not as described. They told me to return to China when I emailed them even thought the website says free returns to a New York address. When I emailed back with a screenshot of their return policy from their website they ghosted me. No more info. Still have a useless product that doesn’t fit. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. Horrible customer service.

Total scam, fraudulent merchandise. Their bogus refund is also a fraud. Report to your credit card co for a refund. THIS IS A SCAM

If I could give zero stars I would. After waiting over four months for my order, it was way too small - like made for a child small. When I requested a return for refund below was their response.

Here are two options:

1.You will have to pay for the return shipping fee that is around $30~$40 depending on your location. If you still want to return, then I will send you the return address and we will do the full refund when we get the item.

2.Or, I could apply for $3.00 as a compensation for you to keep the item.

Complete scam. Wish I had researched. I bought $40 of flip flops. They were not the brand advertised, were insanely small, and I was offered a $3 refund. Cheap Chinese knock-offs, bad knock-offs, sold from an attractive website. I’ll be requesting a chargeback from my credit card. Evil scammers!

It is a scam store. They sell knockoffs. They are just like the many other Chinese managed stores online. i.e. Talemall etc. Stop SCAMMING PEOPLE. VIONICS are fake - please go to VIONICS official page. They are warning customers too!

Terrible product. False advertisement product is from China. quality is terrible. Don't buy.

BUYER BEWARE! Ordered 3 pairs of Vionic sandals. They were not vionic. They were cheap knockoffs. Tried to send back but was told by customer service It would be “too expensive to send back” and they would issue a $5 credit!! That is not what return policy said. Do not order anything from this company!

I wish i had read trustpilot and not ordered 3 tops which looked nothing like the fabric on the models.
They come from abroad and the company do not adhere to their returns policy.The company made me all sorts of promises of a 20% discount for not returning them which i accepted reluctantly to cut my losses. Spelsey never took steps to refund me. They breached uk distance selling regulations and so now i have to take the case higher with the legal process.

I will inform on here if the company actually decide to uphold their promise of a 20% discount

Wow! I wish I'd seen these before buying from this company. TOTAL SCAM. They refuse to provide an address for returns. They send lame emails written by a non-native English speaker about referring it "to the back office" and their inability to "find a record" of my purchase. I filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, FTC, eConsumer.gov and the NY office of consumer fraud. I urge others to do the same. I only lost $40, but companies like these need to be pushed out of business.

This is a total scam! The clothes look nothing like pictured and the return policy is fraudulent. Don’t waste your money. They are bandits. False advertisement and no customer service. Unfortunately, by the time enough people realize, they will have stolen tons of money or restart under a new name.

None of the clothes look like the pictures on the websites. Quality were so bad that which i expected because clothing were cheap but I didn't expect the clothes to look totally different than what was shown on the website.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased from them. I agree this company is a total scam. The clothes looked nothing like pictures on website. I wrote 2 emails and never received a response or the warehouse return address so I could seek a refund. I’m out $100. Lesson learned! Do not waste your money because that is what this company is; a waste.

Don’t order from this company! I unfortunately didn’t do any research prior to ordering two items but when I received them (which took much longer than what is advertised) the items looked nothing like they did on the model. The quality is very cheap and the sizing isn’t accurate to their size chart. Overall just a huge waste of money.

It has been 4 months since I placed my order and I have not received any replies from customer care to let me know what could cause such a delay. I'm deeply disappointed with the service and very much wasting time on money on this company.

Ordered an item and it did not fit. Emailed multiple times for an exchange/return and no response. Do not order from them if you expect to be able to return if you do not like item or it does not fit.
1 week later.... I would like to add now that I have heard from them and they are sending me a replacement item.

This is a scam. I bought a blouse for $40. It is too big. There isn’t any returning address, phone number etc.
