I have never received any emails to confirm order,
And I have not received my item
39.82 pounds was taken out the 27.march
40.91 pounds was also taken out the 27.March

I have email the company and not heard anything back 😡😡😡😡

I ordered the gel on a buy1get 1 free i only received 1 item they are making out i ordered cream i didnt i ordered the gel deal snd only 1 arrived im extremelely dissapointed this is despite sending the proof of purchase

I am a satisfied customer. I ordered items on the 12th November and I was concerned when trying to track my parcel. I sent an email to the seller and he/she immediately replied and was so helpful. I got a reply every time I sent an email and I really appreciated. I received my order and I am so happy as I need to give as gifts. Thank you spelleternity team.

I ordered a 24 day elf kit last October and still have not received it almost 6 months later. They kept telling me to wait and be patient and then stopped responding 😒

Absolutely horrible. Merchandise was not what was described. Cheap products. No retorn information on package or a packing slip. There were 2 different rules for returns. One said 14 days with receipt( no receipt given) other said 30 days. I questioned policy got no response. When asked for a refund they refused and told me nothing is wrong with products. Suggested I give it to someone. Never again . I reported them to international trade commission. They are scam artists

Please don’t order from them!

I ordered and emailed them that i wanted to cancel after reading the reviews. This was 5 minutes apart. They said they can’t cancel it and that i just need to try it… this was almost 2 month ago, i still didn’t get my order and they keep saying they can’t track it.

I ordered something via instagram. When I searched the internet for reviews of the website afterwards I was kind of worried it was a scam. Also the track and trace website looked kind of fony so I thought I'd never receive my order. But I received my order yesterday and that's within two weeks.

The tracking # they gave me stopped in transit. Didn't receive the items I ordered last November. I contacted them more them 3 times by email with no reply.
Correction: The order was received on Jan, 26. That is why I changed my rating.

This website is a scam!!!

They are crooks, never order from them. I ordered 3 fly spinners. One is not working at all and the other two are absolutely not doing as shown on the video. When I contacted them to explain the matter, they asked me to send a picture of the faulty spinner, which I did. Then they asked for a video, which I sent. They finally answered that everything is working fine!
Avoid them!

Absolute scam. Brought the elf kit
Got today 6 weeks later from china not USA where I ordered from.
Also no way to complain or get any resolutiin.
No instructions, badly worded and totally not worth the money.

One more nail in 2022

I so wish I had read the reviews. I to got scammed with the 24 elf activities, I thought it was an epic idea! Unfortunately it was incredibly deceitful. Firstly it said it shipped from the USA. Not the case, it comes from China. It then took 5 weeks to arrive and missed most of December. Secondly (probably most importantly) it was NOTHING like what it said it was. It was bunch of cheap tat, not worth $5. (I paid $85 AUD) Just random stuff thrown into a box, with terribly written instructions, blurry pictures and cheap plastic junk. One bag just had coloured peices of string, another a
Pen and my favourite was a folded peice of paper. I have no idea what PayPal actually does to protect the consumer, they weren’t interested in helping in this occasion. I’m so gutted!

Bought the elf kit 11/2 and still have not received product. I have had multiple fake tracking number information. One states it's in China! I ordered with the guarantee that it would arrive by the 1st and have received no adequate response.

I wish I could give 0 stars but I can’t. I wish PayPal wouldn’t do business with companies like these. I bought the 24 day elf kit and it was super late arriving and it was absolutely nothing like the description. I disputed it and now PayPal is giving me the run around to get my money back. They are saying I have to request for it to be paid in order for it to ship back at no cost. I am just pissed since I used PayPal to protect my purchase and it did absolutely nothing. They seller avoids you just so that the timeframe PayPal gives you to get it all together runs out. I truly think that if a company you’re providing services to has scam alerts they shouldn’t be used on platforms like PayPal. Buyers be aware.

I ordered the elf kit 24 days of Christmas.

Cheap products, typos in instructions and sign, items are different then what shown on the pictures, you don’t get what you pay for, product and quality wise. Delivery took almost a month. I thought this was the best idea ever and was very excited to receive the box but I am extremely unsatisfied and disappointed in the product.

I bought a Nativity set Oct. 29,2022. They sent me a tracking number and when recieved at the US I could no longer track. No activity at all. As of the tracking info thie package originated in Sweden. After over a month waiting and no activity in the tracking I checked my paypal acct and this originated from China and charged another amount. Started emailing with the seller and after 3 or 4 emails they gave me another tracking number. All of a sudden there is tracking activity again. Today Dec 3/2022 I recieved the package and was shocked. A very small maybe a 14"x 14" x 1" package. When I opened it, there was just a couple of parts, 2 sided tape, screws no instruction and missing parts. Nothing like the video I saw. Maybe if I were able to put it together I'll have to put it in front of thr Christmas tree, not outside as advertised. Lesson learned, don't buy from pop up ads in facebook, twitter or any game you play. I'll try to see if I can work things out with paypal

Absolute scam. I bought an elf kit for circa £50 which was meant to be a complete kit for 24 days with elf props and instructions “for an easy set up”. What arrived was absolute random tat packaged in plastic bags with totally non relevant/ non sensical descriptions and blurry Badly printed photographs which were meant to be instructions for each day which were packaged with items bearing no correlation to the description. Absolutely not as described and pictured. Clearly from China & made/packaged by people who don't understand English. I complained and sent them an email with photos to which their response was that I was sent the right item and there was no problem. They have not offered refund or exchange. I would never ever buy from here again. I have had to put the ‘kit’ straight in the bin.

I believe this is a scam. I ordered an outdoor nativity set in October. The tracking shows it's been in the US for weeks. I contacted customer service. They gave me a completely different tracking number, which now says the product is in China. It originally said the product was shipped from somewhere in Europe.

This company is another name for Giske Net. They are scammers. They overcharge and promise to refund but don’t and provide fake tracking numbers in an attempt to run out the clock on PayPal disputes. IF they ship something, it is nothing like the product shown and they demand you return it, for more than the cost of tbe product, to receive a refund. AVOID.
