I wish I could leave a negative 1 review. My Walking Pad Treadmill is faulty. The tread piece keeps slipping to the side causing the machine to stop. I have emailed them directly twice with no response apart from "we have received your email. We are looking to repair with 7 days." Well seven days plus seven weeks have passed. Its a joke. I want a repair but would really prefer a refund!!!!!!!!
