I had a horrible experience with Spetz

A representative from Spetz contacted my company 14 months ago to purchase $500 in preloaded leads. After all this time, no leads have been provided, You would think that this would be grounds for a $500 refund but no one at Spetz will answer any correspondence from my company.

This company is a total fraud

This company is a total fraud. First off they say that there's no monthly fees and you can choose from their paid subscriptions which you can cancel anytime, I did not sign up for their subscriptions and received two fake job leads. I define them as fake because when the customer got back to me they said that they were looking for work not the other way around so I didn't even bother answer the second call because it was the same number, when looking over that other job lead the details were slightly different, with the same number.

Fast forward a few days later and I have been charged £86.80 on Sunday of all days too, that's when I began to think this has to be a scam which business charges you late on a Sunday unless you've got a subscription.

I received a third call from their service on todays date which I didn't bother answer because my mind was made up. For some reason I couldn't get a hold of them through their customer service number so I tried calling using another phone and I got through I told my account manager, JADE about these problems and requested a refund since I haven't signed up to SPETZ for more than two weeks. She DENIED my refund. Furthermore when signing up she told me that most job leads COST around 10 - 30 pounds therefore even if they wanted to charge me for the 3 calls, how could it amount to 86.80, pay in mind I was charged that amount before receiving the third call.

The payment is still pending and I'm not able to dispute it with my bank and I think they're doing this in attempt to make me forget or give up which I'll never do, legal action is the next course of action.
Regardless, I blame myself because I should have seen the warning signs and took action sooner and did my research throughly before making the decision because the first red flag was the fact that this JADE called me multiple times before I actually decided to fully sign up to their service you'll never see a reputable business using those tactics because they have enough customers to deal with and only call you like two or three times.

I forgot to mention that they even said that they've got a credit line for £100 which you can pay back but still I was charged the £86.80. Looking at my SPETZ account it says that I've received 3 calls and I'm at £-26.20. How, just how is it possible?
