A very generous seller, but at the same time he resists any good advices. The box used for the 1st shipment was from washing powder, the box for the 2nd shipment was from some strong-smelling hazardous substances that even caused irritation of the eyes. In both cases, balloons have just been thrown into the card box, without a plastic bag, so they could pick up the smell. Generous compensation has been granted, but the process did not improve.
