Avoid doing business with Sphere Rocket!
I would avoid doing business with this company at any cost. I signed up for a six-month contact for a virtual assistant for one of my son's companies. They told me that they had a 45-day cancellation clause for an introductory period. I ended up letting the VA go in 5 days because i found someone local. Sphere Rocket would not end the contract despite me emailing that I wanted to cancel, insisting that I had to do 10 hours of virtual training sessions with the VA and go through a bunch of their trainings with a VA that I no longer employed after 5 days, and refused to cancel the contract. They insisted that I owed the entire $3,600 despite multiple emails and slack messages cancelling within the 45-day introductory period. Company is super predatory and would not do business with them again. Requested a call from the CEO in writing and he never bothered to call.
