Untrustworthy and extremely poor customer service.
I bought one of the original spherificator. many months ago now and never received it. I emailed the company many times and got the same response each time, that there was a problem with shipping and they would send me another parcel/tracking details within the week. I never received any kind of tracking information and I never received a parcel. Just the same excuses over and over. Eventually I stopped getting replies all together.
I'm an international customer and paid for the shipping, I've never had any trouble with international deliveries from Canada and the US. So I investigated this company online and it turns out that they have taken the money and not delivered to many many international customers leading right back to their original kickstarter.
Be extremely wary of dealing with this company as an international customer. Be extremely wary of dealing with this company no matter where you are from.
