The halwa was delicious and arrived quickly.

My order was delayed for several days, and there was no tracking information available on the Shop App. I emailed the customer service but they never replied. I only got an update when I called them several times.

In addtion, the product description for at least one item on my order is misleading. I purchased 'Fresh Groundnuts (Raw)' - 500g x 2 as advertised by the shop. But the groundnuts I received turned out to be 'DRIED groundnuts' - they are raw but not fresh. A better description for these nuts would be 'Dried/Dehydrated Groundnuts (Raw).

Natco cinnamon was fake. Just looking like the bark of a normal tree and there was no aroma.

Service is not good.
I had to ring 4 times to ask them where my delivery was.
Few times he said it will be on Monday. Weeks came in 29.1.25.

Really bad experience with Spicebazaar and honestly more shocking via email and then a belated phone call. Did not help with my issue really but very quick to debited the amount from my account. Made me very much upset and dismissed as a customer.

Order did not arrive rang them after 1 week for update and asked them I need my stuff before Christmas but they said item is not in stock I should receive in couple of days
Rang them again after three days but still didn’t receive my order eventually got my refund after Christmas

Fresh Vegetables and other groceries all good quality. Good customer service too.

I ordered here and its like 3weeks not received scam company and i am going to raise a fraud againts this company

They took nearly a week to deliver. Not all the items were sent. The parcel was broken. When asked for the refund for the items not delivered, nothing has been done so far. It's more than two weeks now. Worst experience. Will never buy anything from them.

Products received as it is. Packed well. Good quality.

I have not received any order.
It’s been more than 10 days.
Also I asked them to refund my order, have not heard anything back.
I placed an order over 50 and It seems my money is just gone.

I was charged loads for DHL delivery and sent something I did not order.
I email them about it but they could not care any less

1) Don't ever order sweets, I had to throw away the whole box
2) Did not receive the products I ordered ..but got something else instead
3) Even the brands for some products that I ordered and received are different

Over all a very bad experience

I ordered a box of banganapalli mangoes which come from specific region of Andhra Pradesh and are known for their unique smell taste and shape. I normally buy these from stores in London in season. This time I didn't manage to get any from store so I thought of buying online. On the spice bazaar website I came across these mangoes and I went for box of 4 kg mangoes for 26 pounds and including postage it cost me 32 pounds. On Monday I was called to confirm the order which I confir.ed and told order would be with me on Tuesday. They were delivered and to utter DISMAY I find the fruits to be completely different variety, around 2.5 kg instead of 4 unless they included the box weight. I was terribly disappointed and called up spice bazaar to say how disappointed I was. The vending told me they got the delivery of the fruit that I was after after they sent me my order. How despicable is that. I told him they should have waited for the right variety and he didn't say anything. And I asked why the order was only 2.5 kg instead of 4 kg he goes the previous vendor who they bought the business from had it as appr 4 kg but in reality it should be around 3 kg. How cheating is that. Finally I sent him a photo of the fruit but he didn't reply. He also very vaguely indicated they might give me discount coupon to which I said I ll never order again from. Despicable

I got all what I ordered,they gave me a call to ask if they coupd substitute on product brand for another,for which I agreed.
The stuff came through DHL in great condition I would definitely order from Spice bazaar again.

The products were great, but when I order online it said there’s enough stock but as soon as i finish the order they called me up and replace some of the stuff as they are out of stock and different company but nothing major to complain
