Always disappointing to use this company. They have ok products but regularly badly packed (leaking or torn). ALWAYS something missing, out of stock or wrong item in the order. The main problem is the TERRIBLE customer service and ZERO communication. They never respond to queries. calls, emails, requests for order updates, or requests for refunds(unless you chase them multiple times over a period of weeks which is really annoying. Last time it took 9 emails and 6 weeks for them to refund for rotten fruit and a wrong item they sent). They have been getting worse and worse. Its discourteous and unprofessional and shows they have no respect or care for their customers.

I do not recommend it, I made a purchase where the products came rotten and smelled, I tried to get in touch with great difficulty, they only responded by saying that they would investigate in the store why the product would be rotten, which did not make sense since the products were in my house, I never got a response and I was left at a loss. Terrible Since then they have seen my message and they have not responded.

I have not even received the product I ordered and they are asking me to review it. I however received a shipping notice 3 days ago but nothing delivered or out for delivery. This is unlike the usual service I receive from them.

Haven’t used them for a while but on going on their website, UX/UI is better. Easy to pay. The things bought came in good order. Food tastes really good. Would recommend.

I still haven't received my order and i was told it would be delivered today
INCOMPLETE ORDER
My last order was incomplete. I called the company immediately to notify them about it and some of the products were in very poor state especially the vegetables. I also sent an email with pictures and videos attached but they replied back claiming the products were complete and the vegetables were sent in good state but transportation destroyed it. I’m still waiting for them to give me a refund of almost £50.
Another problem with the company is they always promise to call back but they never until you chase them with calls.
Please note, this is not the first time it’s happening. I have been ordering from them since last year but their services keeps getting worse.

Having previously used this company with no issues, my last two orders have been disappointing. In my last order few months ago, one item was missing. The company did not inform me of this. I had to ring up only to then find out that the item was out of stock. I was quite surprised that i had not been refunded. Despite two phone calls and and email chasing this up i was not refunded. I ended up having to get my money back via my credit card company.
Thinking perhaps this was a one off incident I placed another order last week. My order was packaged into two parcel. Only one parcel was dispatched. I only found this out when i opened the package i received and found half of my order missing. Again no-one called or emailed me to inform me of this error. I had to call to learn this information. I received the rest of my order the next day. By this time the vegetables in the box had gone mouldy. It would appear to me that the box was just left sat in the warehouse, no one bothered to check that the goods were still in good condition. I phone and complained regarding this, i was promised a refund . I followed up with an email with pictures of the mouldy vegetables. 3 working days later i have still not received a refund. Once again i will have to chase getting a refund from my credit card company. I would not recommend this company.
