I’m extremely disappointed with my…

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with SPICEMASTERS. I placed my order on September 24, 2026, and it did not ship until today, October 13. I’ve called and emailed multiple times for an update but received no response. When I called, it sounded like the call was being forwarded to a personal cell phone, which left me unsure whether I had reached the right customer service contact.

If anyone at SPICEMASTERS sees this—which I doubt, since they haven’t responded to my attempts to contact them—I will be returning the product. I’ve already found a less expensive replacement that shipped within 24 hours. I will not be ordering from SPICEMASTERS again.
