Got banned and didn’t receive a withdrawal
I got a 50k funded, but they just started to freeze my withdrawal. After this, they just blocked me at their platform and blocked my account, I didn’t receive my withdrawal. The reason was - the same ip with different persons, but they don’t wanna give me any proofs. They say that the United States is on the list of banned countries, but I asked support at telegram several times and was told that I can trade from the United States and it is allowed and not prohibited. Also I traded at my home in Kazakhstan and didn’t get a trade in USA. Also I live at my home alone, so there are no other people that can trade from the same IP. Just withdraw money, that I earned and do whatever you want.

You mentioned that we did not provide proof, but this is inaccurate. We sent you an email detailing the specific IP addresses involved, along with partially redacted names, email addresses, and connected account numbers, in compliance with data protection regulations. Full disclosure of such details would be illegal due to privacy laws, which we strictly adhere to. Additionally, we note that your location is in the USA, a region restricted by our platform, which raises further concerns about transparency and adherence to our rules.
Due to the high volume of fraud attempts, we must enforce our GTCs rigorously. While you do not deny the violation, your review focuses on the level of detail provided, which, as explained, is limited by legal obligations. I participated in this company’s 14-day…
I participated in this company’s 14-day challenge and met all the requirements to earn $2,321. During that time, I placed profitable trades and generated revenue for the firm. When I requested a withdrawal, however, my account was suddenly blocked. The stated reason was that my IP address matched another account (my partner’s), even though I never traded from her device. My phone simply connected to her home network when I was checking my results, since I spend most of my time away from my laptop.
I reached out multiple times to the risk department for clarification or a chance to explain, but received no response. Both accounts involved had positive balances and trades on different assets, yet the company did not investigate further. As a result, my funds remain inaccessible without any opportunity to resolve the issue.
I am an experienced trader with my own trading school and have never encountered a situation like this. I had intended to refer over 50 of my students to this platform but can no longer recommend it, given the high risk of being blocked without recourse. I am considering filing a simplified claim, as the company clearly profited from my activity. I am very disappointed because I expressed a desire to continue collaborating and achieve mutual success, but instead was left unsupported and blocked.

Firstly, we’d like to address the claim that your account was “suddenly blocked.” In reality, your account was placed under review as part of an ongoing investigation, during which you were explicitly asked whether your account had ever shared an IP address or device with another client. Your response to these inquiries was “no,” which we later found to be inaccurate.
Only after the investigation was completed and a final decision made did you inform us that your partner is also a client and that your phone had connected to her home network—an important detail that should have been disclosed earlier. Our General Terms and Conditions clearly state:
“The use of the same device or IP address by multiple Customers is strictly prohibited unless explicitly pre-approved by SpiceProp.”
“It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure full compliance with these requirements. Ignorance of these rules or unintentional breaches will not exempt You from accountability or the application of corrective measures.”
Due to a growing number of fraudulent activities, including group trading, account sharing, and identity misuse, we have implemented a sophisticated fraud detection system that helps us identify suspicious patterns and protect the integrity of our platform and community.
We understand you’re disappointed with the outcome, and we truly value every trader who contributes to our ecosystem. However, our platform relies on strict adherence to rules to ensure fairness for all participants. In this case, you were provided an opportunity to clarify potential violations but chose not to disclose key information when it was most relevant. In the end, the issue is not a disagreement about facts, but rather a disagreement with a decision that is fully aligned with our GTCs.

I am trading already for more than 5 months with this company, have received multiple payouts already.
There has been a major update and they implemented a new dashboard which is way greater than previous one, and who knows how tough is this process can easilly understand that there can be many issues, so I also had small ones, but everything was resolved with the help of Risk Team who are really great and doing their job in excellent way, always trying to do their best which nowadays in this business means a lot!

Till now nothing to complain about :)
I have multiple accounts with them and till now I don't have anything to complain about. I lost one account, but that was me not paying attention to the maximum daily drawdown.
1. One big plus is that if you break any rule (exceed daily drawdown, etc.) they close your account immediately (they don't let go further and after you pass the challenge they show you that you broke one of the rules, like other prop firms do)
2. Some of the reviews complain about support, but I haven't had any troubles with them. I have contacted them multiple times and the time of response was between 1h-15h (which I find very good).
