They asked me about sign NDA for payment but ...

So I decided to asked them here when my money will be paid and why no one answered my email.

If dear admin wants me, I can send screen record to see my dashboard and my account and any documents that need.

I’ve been working with SpiceProp for multiple funded accounts (including 300K accounts), and at first everything seemed fine. But after reaching profit targets and requesting withdrawals, they started to delay payments several times with various excuses.

Later, they suddenly disabled my funded accounts without any valid reason and demanded that I sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) to receive my payout — something that was never mentioned in the original terms.
Even after I refused to sign the NDA (which is my legal right), they kept my accounts closed and my funds unpaid.

I have confirmed payment amounts and refund details in writing from them, but they still haven’t processed the transfer or reactivated my accounts. Their communication has become extremely slow and vague, and all I get are “awaiting processing” responses for weeks.

This kind of behavior — withholding trader funds and forcing NDAs — is unethical and potentially illegal. I’m already preparing to report them to MetaQuotes and EU consumer authorities, and I strongly advise other traders to be cautious before dealing with this firm.

This company has responsive and fast support compared to others; they are responsive and ready to help. In addition, after the update, the site has become very convenient; you can open trades immediately, everything works flawlessly and without errors.

Spiceprop is a scam.
First of all, their support bot is extremely slow and often doesn’t respond properly.
When it comes to payouts, they simply don’t pay. Every genuine funded company releases payouts within 1 to 5 days, but these people don’t. If you email them, they don’t reply either.

No client should ever buy an account from them because it’s just a waste of your time and money.
In simple words — this bot is a complete scam.

Hello, I have passed their $300K funded account and also made a profit. I submitted a withdrawal request, and they mentioned it would be processed within 1 to 5 working days. Today is the 5th day, but I have not received the payment yet. I will wait until the end of today to see if the payment is made.

Their support is very slow; they don’t respond on time and usually reply after many days. I will see if they pay today, otherwise I will add a review with all the proof.

Bought an account from them and was reading reviews on trustpilot and it is all true. Do not have business with Spiceprop it is fraud.

They're just scammers who don't want to pay and ignore you for a very long time. They're delaying the payment on purpose to make you violate the 21-day rule. I strongly advise against using this company. They don't have an office in Prague. I believe there are fewer than three people behind this company, and they're scamming people.

Few days ago I got funded with Spiceprop. Support chat, dashboard, spreads everything is good. Straight away after passing account also was given same size challenge account for free. I think there also will not be any problems when i reach to payouts.
I recommend.

I received an account with 150,000, earned 8,000 in one month, waited for the withdrawal of funds, and they transferred my account to a professional tariff, where the withdrawal of funds is extremely limited. I begged them for my money for two months, and they withdrew 500 three times, but I never received the main payment. I think if I hadn't spammed them, I wouldn't have even gotten the small withdrawals. Now €5,900 has been hanging since the end of July, and customer support has been silent for several weeks, writing a template response and then falling silent again for several weeks.

They still haven’t paid me my money. The prop firm turned out to be a scam and started inventing reasons to delay the payout. They sent me a letter about closing my account, and then later tried to make me sign an absurd document stating that “I have no claims against the prop firm, and only after that they would release the funds.”

They also threatened that if I published negative reviews, I would be fined €10,000. This is a typical trap for beginners. After that, they asked for my trading terminal logs and then completely stopped responding when they couldn’t find any grounds to deny the payout. Now they are trying to have my review removed by claiming it is fake.

I have been trading with SpiceProp and so far the experience has been very solid. The setup was quick, the conditions are transparent and the support team responds very fast and clearly. I appreciate how issues are handled in a straightforward way. Looking forward to continuing my trading journey with them.

It all started with everyone being paid minimally.
Then, everyone who traded from Russia started getting their accounts blocked for using mobile internet.
Now they're forcing you to buy a VPS for work at triple the price from their partner!
This scam doesn't have long to last.

At first, working with them seemed fine, but now it’s nothing but a scam. They stopped paying profits, always postponing withdrawals to “tomorrow,” and constantly changing the rules as they please. They forced me from a regular account into a so-called Pro contract, where withdrawals are limited to three fixed payouts of $500 once a week, and only afterward the remaining balance should be released. But the last payout of $9,000 from my $150,000 account has been withheld for over two months. They completely ignore all messages — no response by email, Discord, or Telegram. This company is dishonest, untrustworthy, and I strongly warn everyone: do not work with them.

I am very satisfied with this company, I made 3 withdrawals, I received them and now I am waiting for the fourth withdrawal, the support is very prompt and helpful, although the platform changed, and I had to withdraw before and I couldn't, I messaged them and they changed my withdrawal date in the same day so I could make the withdrawal. I have no problems, I have been working for 3 months and I am very satisfied!
