No item was received. Send them a few messages but nobody responds. Scam, Scam!!!

I ordered last year for a winter coat ,paid for it but still have not received yet

Scam, I purchased a coat in January. Took my money right away, no coat no reply to emails, called number on my checking account statement that they took money from, working not a working number. Do not order from SPINCUTE.

Facebook need to shut them down PLEASE HUGE scam! Smt ordered 2 orders in February it’s June sent email tried to call Nothing smt stay FAR from theses ppl Please!

I have ordered here an item since January 10 of his year & up to now its May, & i have not received my item of even a tracking number these ppl just taking ppl money & u not receiving ur item pure robbery

I bought clothes in December and I've never heard from them anymore.
They didn't answer my emails.
And when I left a message on their Facebook page just asking about my order, they didn't answer me and they BLOCKED ME on their page!
Totally evil scammers!

FRAUD, you never will get what you paid for

I ordered from here 5 weeks ago and nothing ive email them loads of time and heard nothing back disgusted at this taking people money its obvious a scam please dont buy anything from them big time scam

If I could give them a zero star rating I would. I placed an order January 4th, 2021. It is now April 25th, 2021 and still nothing at all. I have emailed several times, messaged them on Facebook and posted on their page and nothing. They sure are quick to take your money. Bunch of scam artists.

Shame on this company very bad service never answer you back from January.. im still waiting my order ..

I placed my order on January 13, 2021. As of today April 21, 2021 I have yet to receive my merchandise! And they won’t email me back!!!!!

I so upset theses people scam me out my money and it was gifted for my daughter these is very sad

This company must be fake.I order a jucket in january and still now i didnt see it.I send them alot of emails but no answer.I try find the company on google but no exist and my money gone....

Don't Order From this fake place😖 just like everyone else, I ordered a coat, boots, jeans, and tops in January have yet to receive!! They dont answer messenger or text or email! Going to get credit from my card and file a complaint

We have ordered a jacket in January and not received till today.we e.mailed them and they don't reply..this is a fake company and without balls that don't reply to you..you stole people but god knows what he's doing.

how can a company like facebook keep posting these scam companies adds without being liable for aideing a thieveing company such as spincute?? i placed and paid for an item back in feb with a 3 week expected delivery...when i sent several request for tracking number,,i got no respone to any of them,,icome on zuk, lets check out your f i say something wrong on facebook i get a blocked penalty time,,but you let some company that pays for add space ,,steal from the people that view your page,,,and thats ok!!!...

I got scammed too but I got my money back through my credit card company. Please to all my fellow victims: CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO OPEN A DISPUTE CASE FOR "MERCHANDISE NOT RECEIVED". The credit card companies need an expected delivery date, just give them a reasonable date in the past. Then tell them that you have tried to contact them but that they don't answer. Next, tell them what you ordered. That's it, they can then process a chargeback where they take the money back from this fraud company and give it back to you as a credit. This credit will post within 3 business days on your credit card account. If these scammers have the balls to argue the chargeback, they will have to provide proof that you, the customer, received the merchandise which is impossible because they are fraudsters.

I would like to say ,I bought a jacket from this company in February2021. have not received my shipment nor an email. cant find a number to call I would like my money back if not going to ship my jacket. Thank you vernia mccarroll
