Spines are a dirty company who steals your money from book sales.i signed up for my books to be sold on Amazon only ,but my books r being sold on multiple websites......to the future authors please please please don't trust spines they r scammers,they steal your money u have no access to nothing at all,go to another agency please I'm warning u.imma be quiet because what I say will be used against me but they r so shady.. please don't do any business with spines I'm warning u now......please don't .n don't matter what response they may say to this,it's just to cover up all the lies they have been doin to hard working authors,it's not fair ,but they shall be sued someday ..don't trust these scammers,they r fake,as fake as can be .....

BEWARE OF THE DECEITFUL SALES PRACTICE !
1. was explicit about wanting
illustrations inside my book Diego asked me if it was a children’s book I said it was YA fantasy which includes children at the age of 10 -18 . He directed me to their dashboard where I you would set up your password and sign-on. I read where it said to place *** asterisks in a line underneath where you wanted an illustration. They set me up with an account manager who told me I don’t get any illustrations in my book. 😡I said you need to get that fixed because I specifically said I wanted it . They never called me back .
2. I was told I would have an editor to proofread my book. That was deceiving, i’m forced to do my own editing on their dashboard.
3. The AI generated book cover lacks quality. The edit feature ignores the book content and ignores what you specifically ask for. My book is a fantasy/realism book it has no castles anywhere in my book. The AI generated content kept giving me castles even when I said specifically said No castles . Then it put in little children I have no mention of little children in my book . When i asked for tree house it gave me fancy houses in a tree. I was supposed to have the option of an artist .
3. I was told that they would have me featured on a bill board in Times Square but after I paid there was no mention of that anywhere.
4. I asked for the 100% no hassle free cancellation under the 7 day money back guarantee . When I cancelled they said it would take a few days? But wouldn’t tell me how long! That’s a hassle, they received my money instantly. I want my refunded 100% paid back instantly. I need to find another publisher ! This was a bad experience that had me crying!

BEWARE! Do NOT waste your time and money here. Their AI is incapable of creating a quality product. Their customer service is non-existent. And when you go to cancel their surprise subscription requirement), they inform you that they own all the content (audiobook, ebook, etc.) they created for you except the book that you originally provided to them. Spines Suuuuuuuuuucks!
