I am an oap who deposited £10 with SpinGenie using Paypal, you have to be 18 with a confirmed bank account to do this. After depositing the £10 they then asked for confirmation of my id with various official documents to be uploaded. I refused as this made me suspicious. I asked for a refund via their support email and have sent 4 emails over last 2 days. Here i am sat writing this,received no response, no refund and Paypal have refused to help. Its only £10 but its my £10. Is this stealing or fraud. SpinGenie is just one of loads of companies registered to Skill on net. What should I do? Ring the police?
So people learn from my mistake and avoid this company and all its other sister sites. Any advice appreciated as huge principles at stake.

We also understand that you were concerned about receiving your £10 back. Please note that the minimum withdrawal amount is £20, which is why the £10 could not be withdrawn as a standard withdrawal at that point. Once the applicable requirements were met, the funds were processed accordingly.
We appreciate that verification and withdrawal procedures can sometimes be frustrating, but these processes are necessary to ensure accounts and transactions are handled securely and in accordance with the applicable requirements.
