I am writing to formally protest the illegal seizure of funds from my account. My winnings of 600 PLN were confiscated based on alleged "rule violations" which you have failed to prove or clarify.
Furthermore, I must state that your chat support is utterly incompetent and rude. I have experienced zero respect and zero assistance from your staff. Their unprofessional and insolent attitude confirms that your platform operates as a scam, intended to defraud players.
Since you have blocked my winnings and acted in bad faith, I hereby demand a full refund of my original deposit of 100 PLN.
Please note the following:
I refuse to use your standard withdrawal procedure, as your platform has proven to be fraudulent by misappropriating my funds.
I expect the refund to be issued to the original payment method used for the deposit.
If the funds are not returned within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter to the relevant licensing authorities and initiate a chargeback process through my bank on the grounds of fraud.
I expect an immediate confirmation that this refund has been processed.
