I ordered in advance a werewolf costume for Halloween. The advertised picture and description was not what arrived. And speaking of arriving. It took almost 6 weeks to receive the unacceptable mess of what's to be a werewolf costume. Now here I am 2 weeks before Halloween, wife dressed to be little red riding hood, and I'm stuck with what doesnt even fit or come close to what was advertised. Refund. Highly unlikely. Halloween screwed for the year. For sure. Thanks for the let downs. 5 stars on the disappointment though.

I should of done my research before ordering. I never received my merchandise even though they said it had been delivered. Never provided any delivery information even after several emails. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM. I guess I will write this off as part of my online education. It’s to bad, I really liked that raincoat.

Whatever you do, DON"T order from this company. They are the worst and their products are junk! They are in HONG KONG and if you do not like your product they will tell you it can't be returned because you didn't buy freight insurance! Then they will offer you an 8% refund and a 10% coupon toward your next order. This is the worst customer service ever. Save yourself the grief!

My wife bought a pair of women's shoes from them. After about 2 weeks she received the wrong style and wrong size. She asked for a RMA to return but they won't give it. Same as with the other reviewers, the company only offer 8% refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM CHINESE COMPANY.

Ordered a Dinosaur Advent calendar for grandson. It was shipped from China to online seller in Southern California. It arrived in a plastic shipping envelope, no shipping box. Advent calendar was crushed and many slots in the calendar were pushed open with visible dinosaurs. 2 inquiries to SpinPaper customer service have not been answered.

Total scam outfit. Wish I would have checked this site beforehand. Totally misleading picture of Halloween skulls to put in your firepit. They looked like they were full size but turned out to be only 2 inches wide. Like people wrote below, they only offered 8 percent refund.

I ordered heated battery operated socks on Sept 14, 2022, the socks came but with NO batteries so I am not able to use them. I requested to return the socks and they refused saying that they would give me 15% off what I paid for them, which was $44.00. I have had emails going back and forth but with no results to return the socks as of today Wednesday, October 12, 2022. I swear to god they do this back and forth type of negotiation (which it was never up for negotiation) to wear you down knowing that at some point you will just forget about it.

Below is one of their emails again with no Return Authorization, which by the way my request was with in the 30 days according to their policy on line.
Never again, they are horrible and they know they have you over a barrel.

Lesson to walk away with is before you order anything make sure you research where it is coming from. My order came from an address in China, never again. Sad part is there is no recourse for me to even get my money back.

My actual rating is ZERO STARS not 1 Star. There was no selection for a negative star, I wish there was one.

This website needs to be shut down. It is a fraudulent company that sells Knock-off products with no shame. I was lured into the $67 Apple AirTag 4 pack. They surely look like Air Tags but they don't work with Apple products. I sent several emails to them with no response back for a return label and refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, It is simply a Chinese scam on us gullible Americans. I will be using mine as expensive white elephant gifts this year.

Beware! Scam scam scam! Website is fake Chinese knockoffs. Descriptions and images of items are stolen and do not represent the items themselves. No way to return items as it is a fake company! do not buy from them!

I ordered a pair of shoes in September. The tracking they provided wasn’t tracking my package. I finally received them a month later- just after I emailed asking for a refund. The shipping date was the same as their response to my last email which was that they couldn’t refund because the package was in transit. When I opened the package the color was wrong. I emailed and they said shipping would cost to much and they would refund 8%. I kept e-mailing after that with no response. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!

Ordered an Autumn wreath. Expensive, small piece of plastic that was not very attractive. Customer service is slow to respond and not very helpful.

Ordered two "sculptures" which I was lead to believe would be made out of wood or ceramic, never expected for 80.00 they would be a cheap plastic! They came damaged and Spinpaper offered me an 8% refund! Are you kidding me?! They told me I should have purchased Freight Insurance! No where on the check out did it offer or suggest any such insurance!
They do not stand by their products as others have mentioned. Do not buy from them!!!

Fake! They shipped me fake AirTags and refused to refund me! Absolute fraudsters.

The description and photos on Spinpaper's website are nothing at all what you receive. All 5 pieces were broken, but they were also cheap plastic replicas of what I thought I was getting. They have an automated email response that offers a 30% refund. I raised a fraud case with my credit card company and got a full refund. Horrible products and obviously packaging is bad, but they blame that on the shipping companies/postal service.

I ordered women's sandals for $40. After 4 weeks I received a pair of cheap plastic sandals with buckles that did not even function. They smelled like toxic chemicals! I followed the return policy on the website and after one initial response to my email. They never did anything. This is a horrible company with cheap junk!!

I ordered a 16TB External Drive from these people. It arrived the other day. It was much, much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Much too small to be anything capable of that type of memory, Strike one. I tried it on all 5 of my computers (3 Macs, 2 PC's). It simply did not work. Strike 2. They give nothing but the most absurd run around possible. Guess I'm screwed out of my money.

Scam!
Will they ship you merchandise, yea they will. But it will NOT be what you ordered. This company is scamming customers, with expensive online catalog showing quality merchandise, only to ship the dollar store merchandise.
Order figurines that they claimed to be authentic 15” tall, paid 55ea to get the size I wanted and details for an event
They shipped worn/used tiny 5-6” items that you see on Amazon for $12ea
Their policy is refund items shipped in incorrect size-however after many many conversations with customer service
Customer service offered 8% refund only and basically said it happens.
Refused to refund or allow the return.
Now I’m having to go through the trouble of reporting to my CC about the scam.

Just don’t use this company. You won’t get better and you will pay too much.

I bought a shirt for 30 dollars! It came and looked NOTHING like it did in the pictures! The material was 100% polyester and was supposed to be cotton!

Ordered a werewolf mask from Spinpaper.com on 8/28/2022. The ad claimed it had moving ears and jaw. There are pictures of the mask showing great detail, and even a short clip of the ears and jaw working.

Today, on 9/24/2022, I received a mask, but not what was advertised. Not only was the detail of the mask no where close to that as advertised, but the ears and jaw don’t move as well. It also reeks of spray paint.

The item I bought from Spinpaper, flip flops size 7, are very poorly made and are extremely uncomfortable. Do not buy from them. They are not worth the price. Would love to return them but don't know how. Thus I will donate them to Goodwill. Very disappointed. Their information on the item I purchased from the internet is very deceiving.
