The product is good, but it is missing some of the features that I like from ServerPilot such as: server health, slow script warnings, php request and execution stats. It would be great if monitoring is implemented in the future, that it contains stats per site. The interface is simple, friendly and stable. On their website, they say that they offer support, but in my experience, most of my questions get bounced as they cannot make specific recommendations. "SpinupWP will actively point you in the right direction and offer suggestions for maintaining your server." Most of the time the right direction is to hire Bob to do it. If their mission is to bridge the gap between DIY and a hosted solution, a chunk of the bridge is still missing. Something I don't get is that on their comparison tool they have this as a feature: "WordPress plugin developers on staff and handling support". If they can't make recommendations it does not matter if they have Matt Mullenweg on staff. Moreover, they don't respond to questions on the weekends, so you are a freelancer that works mostly during weekends you need to wait. During weekdays there is no way to chat or call, only asynchronous "help scout". If at some point they come up with a support plan I would gladly pay by incident. Don't get me wrong I tested several similar apps and this is the one that has a superior UX. It is very well crafted, elegant, and easy to use, but it certainly still has some slabs to add as has not bridged the gap it intends to.

This service is amazing. If you are a wordpress developer and are tired of slow costly hosting providers, but don't to take care of server maintenance, this is the best and only service you will need.

I decided to try SpinupWP because I was fed up with mediocre hosting performance. I had a DigitalOcean account that was too technical for me but SpinupWP made rolling out a secure, well performing website SUPER EASY! Now my ecommerce site loads as fast as a static html website. This is the best hosting I've used in 20years, I'm switching all of my sites to SpinupWP.

Note: it helps to have some technical knowledge but it's not a requirement. But if you have trouble following step-by-step instructions, neither SpinupWP nor any other host will work for you.

Great service for WordPress hosting on your own server.

SpinupWP coupled with Linode (and a small plan on Wasabi for backups) has been absolutely amazing. Being able to spinup a performant WordPress environment with automated backups/restores, easy integration with github repos (and many other features) has changed the way I work, for the better, saving me time.

Over the years there have been a few things that revolutionized the way I work with WordPress and with my clients. SpinupWP, WP Migrate DB Pro, ACF and Local. The combination of these tools makes for one hell of a toolset.

Have been a customer now for the last 18 months and am highly impressed with the service SpinupWP provides. The UI is extremely clean and clear and organised well. Makes loading up highly optimised WordPress sites a breeze from the word go, helps notify you of updates and reboots that are required to keep everything in tip top shape.

Overall this service comes highly recommended.

A great platform to help run a WordPress website on your own VPS platform (Digital Ocean, AWS etc) but aren't comfortable with handling the various tasks and responsibilities involved in maintaining a server / VPS.

It also offers Github integration to enable deploying code to the server directly as well as backups to external storage providers such as Amazon S3, Backblaze, Google Cloud storage etc.

Additionally you are not tied into using SpinupWP as the VPS is configured using standard Ubuntu linux repos so you can disconnect from SpinupWP and still then administer and upgrade the server as normal via shell access etc.

Although I do run my own VPS directly for various projects I have used it for one particular project and it has been working very well and gives me some peace of mind that I don't need to manage things directly for that particular project.

An excellent service for managing self-hosted Wordpress sites. Our agency manage all of our new client sites through SpinupWP now and have seen great improvements in performance.

I've been with SpinupWP since beta. I have watched this product develop over time. Not only is the support second to none when it comes to answering any questions I have, but they take all suggestions seriously.

As an example, I really wanted to have quick access to the logs for each site without having to ssh into every single box to do investigations. I asked for it and now it's there.

The team is also constantly looking at how to improve everything to allow for developers of WP sites to have options. You can go with a traditional install, or have git connected sites.

Their security notifications are so nice as it can be a nightmare to track everything with all the work a dev may be doing.

Beyond all that, and a lot more I don't have the time to mention, the team is exceptionally transparent about what they are doing and why.

I recommend them to everyone!

Support queries have been answered in a timely manner and the service has had useful new functionality added on a regular basis. I have no hesitation in recommending it -

I use SpinupWP when I am building web sites to rapidly deploy new installs and to develop sites. I find the notifications of security updates very useful. I can see the state of the installed sites immediately. It has become an essential tool in the daily work.

An excellent way to set up a Wordpress multi site securely and keep it up to date. I'm almost a layperson when it comes to this sort of stuff but SpinupWP makes it easy.

Delicious Brains are the gold standard for WordPress providers. We recently switched from Lightsail / AWS to SpinupWP with Digital Ocean and I've never been happier with a decision.

The tool makes everything so easy to work with, and the API means I've automated away so much of our work, with more on the horizon.

We combined the switch, incorporating Bedrock/roots, composer and webpack.

Very hightly recommended.

I've never had a better Wordpress hosting solution for my clients. The push to deploy function is a time saver, just as the easy server maintenance, reboot and go.

You really can't go wrong with SpinupWP. It's in the goldilocks zone between running your own server and managed hosting. It's amazing honestly.
