IMPORTANT UPDATE:
€3,400 confiscated after weeks of being told my withdrawals were simply “in a queue”
I am updating my review following a very serious development.
I had three pending withdrawals from SpinyRush totaling €3,400, dated 6, 10 and 13 July 2026. I had previously successfully received a withdrawal of €1,400.
For weeks, whenever I contacted support about my pending withdrawals, I was repeatedly told that they were being processed, reviewed by the relevant department, or simply waiting for their turn in the queue. During this period, I was never informed that my account or gameplay was under investigation for fraud.
I have now suddenly received an email stating that, following an alleged investigation involving the “game provider” and SpinyRush’s anti-fraud systems, my account was flagged for “fraudulent activity associated with gameplay.” SpinyRush claims that the game provider froze my winnings and has informed me that the winnings will be removed and my account permanently closed.
My account has now been blocked, and I can no longer access my withdrawal history, deposit history, gameplay records or transaction history.
I categorically dispute any allegation of fraudulent gameplay.
I played only one game on my SpinyRush account: Quest of Immortality by NetEnt. This has been my game of choice for more than 10 years, and I have played the same game at different online casinos without ever previously being accused of fraudulent gameplay.
Despite the seriousness of this allegation, SpinyRush has not explained to me what I allegedly did that constituted fraud. They have not identified the specific gaming sessions concerned, provided any evidence, identified the specific Terms and Conditions I allegedly breached, or provided a reference number for the alleged game-provider investigation.
I have formally asked SpinyRush to provide evidence and to confirm whether NetEnt is the game provider they claim froze my winnings. I have also contacted NetEnt/Evolution directly seeking confirmation of whether they actually participated in such an investigation or instructed SpinyRush to freeze my winnings.
I personally deposited approximately €900 of my own money into my SpinyRush account. I am also requesting a full accounting of how my deposits and winnings have been treated following the closure of my account.
I have documentation supporting my experience, including screenshots of my pending withdrawals, proof of my previous €1,400 payment, correspondence with support regarding the withdrawal delays, the email accusing me of fraudulent gameplay, and evidence that my account is now blocked.
My case has also been submitted to Casino Guru and reported to FinTelegram.
I will update this review if SpinyRush provides evidence supporting its allegation, if NetEnt/Evolution confirms or denies involvement in the alleged investigation, or if my funds are returned.
