Haven't received my refund for a plant which was sent to me in a bad condition. No reply either. I don't recommend buying from this shop online.

Similiar experience to other unsatisfied customers, placed my order which was actually for bioactive custodians (live insects). Paid the £7.50 for 24Hr tracked delivery and waited 4 days for the seller to dispatch, no worries it is on a 24hr service....only it did not arrive on Friday, or Saturday and the seller ignored my email of Saturday. Today I sent a message through their website, only a threat of raising the issue with Paypal got a response. Unfortunately the response was not helpful, just wait another week. I paid for 24hr delivery, I do not want custodians which have been in transit for days and days. I raised a case with PayPal which was immediately found in my favour, my prevvious experience tells me PayPal only do this when there is known issues with a seller so I suggest my experience is not isolated.

Absolutely amazing company, both for plant quality, service and speed. Ordered on Sun, arrived Tues. Plant great quality. Only little drawback would've liked care sheet rather than going on web but will deffo order all my plants from this company. Can't fault.

I ordered a plant on the 10th July and had a notification over a week later to say it had been despatched. After over 2 weeks of waiting the plant still hadn’t arrived. I sent several emails and called many times with no response. I had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back, so would not recommended this company.

Royal Mail confirmed it had never been handed over to them!

I have been ordering from Spirals for a good few years at this point and have never had any issues until recently. The postage issues were quickly resolved and I was kept informed via email the entire time. Kelly is an actual angel and I will gladly continue to support her absolutely incredible and underrated shop. Spiralis is also not your normal boring plant shop! You can tell it's run by plant hobbyists with the incredible plant selection, some of which it's incredibly difficult to find elsewhere. Thank you Spiralis for feeding my plant addiction!!!

Disappointed to say the least. I placed an order over a week ago, paying for first class postage. Usually this means it’s sent out there an then to arrive the next day or the day after. Nope. I got a dispatch email a week after I paid. This was despite me sending a Facebook message and using the contact form on the website days before this. Really not great customer service.

Spiralis are fantastic - excellent customer service (both online and in their shop in-person). Great prices for excellent quality plants!
