Order cancelled after months, not refunded

I ordered a book from them related to Dimension 20's Starstruck Odyssey series. After several months of 0 indication of me ever receiving my order let alone it shipping I received an email stating the order was cancelled and no refund was to be issued. Three months have past since the cancellation email and I have yet to get a response from them nor have I gotten my money back.

I agree with the other reviewer saying Spiralverse is a scam.

I ordered a book from them 6 weeks ago

I ordered a book from them 6 weeks ago. I only received a confirmation that I submitted payment and after that absolutely nothing. I've emailed them twice with no response. This is a scam.
