We have just had a Dura door and frame installed by Spire Windows. We are delighted. Excellent quality and it looks fantastic. The installers did a brilliant job in spite of the foul weather.

Everyone were very nice and polite from the rep and the people who sorted the roof at the moment I can’t say it’s keeping it any warmer in the conservatory than the old roof , but it might keep it cooler in the summer all being well I will find out next year your in the summer

We had 3 quotes for 7 windows and Spire was the best, we added patio doors and it was still better
than 2 national companies orignal quotes. The whole process went smoothly with Chris the fitter doing
a good job clean & efficient.

Five star all the way from start to finish. Our new roof is just what we wanted, the fitters were brilliant, tidy, efficient and polite.
Would recommend spire if you want a job doing right.

From our first enquiries to the fitting of our doors and windows we were very impressed with Spire. A error on the specification of the back door was soon sorted with the whole job completed within the expected time scale. Very happy!

From the initial phone call to the finished job a great experience. All staff in the office were polite, friendly and helpful. All appointments were on time. Workmen got on with the job and were careful on the property again polite and friendly. Front door looks amazing.

What can I say, getting new windows and doors could not have been easier.
The whole experience from start to finish has been flawless. Everyone involved from salesman to fitters have been prompt and very friendly. The build quality and finish are next to none they look amazing. The fitters did an outstanding job. They turned up on time and always left the house and outside tidy after they were done for the day. Thanks lads.

they blocked the footpath and when I mentioned this to one of the workers ,he rudely told me it was none of my business,I pointed out that pushcairs could not get through the gap and he told me he could not care less, so pushchair users would have to go on the road.

Long term review. Our windows and doors were installed as new build in 2012. Around 2020 Spire fixed a door bolt fault and replaced a window section that has 'ghosting' in the double glazing. Their 10 year warranty was well executed. At the 12 year point we have mild condensing vapour in just 4 south facing panes out of 24. I can recommend Spire Windows.

From getting a quote to survey to installation every thing went very smoothly.Everyone were very professional and efficient.The installation went very well Daniel and Bailey were very good at fitting my new door and tidying up afterwards overall delighted with everything

Surveyor turned up promptly to do a quote which I requested in writing. Despite two further chasing requests and a promise by the office to chase it up I have still not received a written quote some 3 weeks since the survey. It would seem that a £4k - £5k job doesn't interest them.

Staff were professional and helpful in design and fitting. Quality of materials excellent and realistically priced. Prompt and efficient a good job all round very pleased and would recommend.

From start of process to completion everything was perfect

Seamless from start to finish first class job fitters were hard working and cleaned up afterwards roof looks fabulous so pleased with it can fully recommend

Building regs are needed for this type of installation and the company information denys this. We are currently in negations to move house and it has come up on the searches that a conservatory roof has to be 75% translucent/transparent to be exempt from building regs. We have had to pay for a regularisation certificate at a large cost to us to satisfy Building Regulations.
We have tried to contact the company many times by phone and email and they have not returned calls or emails. Just shows they have something to hide!!!!

The roof installation was excellent the fitters excellent and the product is good so why give the wrong information?!!!!!!

Windows and French doors fitted to our sun lounge last Tuesday. it was a very wet start to the day but the two workmen just got on with the job in hand. Extremely pleased with the work they carried out and they even hoovered up when they had finished the installation

Brilliant service from start to finish, each team member we met or spoke to were friendly and extremely professional. Our new front door looks beautiful and makes us feel really secure. Thank heavens the old wooden one has gone!
