If I could give this casino a 0 star I would,
I deposited $30 cad on a friday I won combined total and withdrawal amount of $1800 cad, I supplied all necessary documents for my account, verified my phone number and email. I woke up saturday morning to you have 2 accounts which goes against our terms and conditions and we closed your account and we have confinscated your winnings.......... WHATTTT.... I then emailed them back my one email account was hacked and is being dealt with by local law enforcement. This account made several i MEAN several accounts under it. I explained this to them and did not realize this account was made. They stated I could get my deposit amount back, I won 1800 i dont care about my deposit amount I want my money.
It has been 48 emails and counting back and forth with them asking for ridiculous things for me to gather for them to process my $30. This casino is one of the worst casino's I have ever ever played at. I do NOT recomend this casino to anyone that wants to withdrawal money. Or get any enjoyment out of it

THIS shows no proof that it was me MY identity was stolen how does that prove anything ? They had all of my information. AGAIN it was dealt with through law enforcement. You guys did not even ask questions, I could have provided all proof to the casino that this was the case but you confinscated my money illegal no questions asked I had mentioned numerous times I could provide all documents from the police to show you and no response. You are still a bunch of crooks preying on innocent people.
ALSO there was no selfie as you dont ask for that, please send all these supposed documents to me via email.

The casino is fine have been a member for awhile now , but getting your money from them is cert hard even though you give them all the verification needed, told me that the bank would supply a document that they wanted, my bank refused to give such document .
