Chris from Spirit Filled was professional, friendly and very informative. I was impressed with their level of customer service and felt very comfortable - Chris was brilliant at asking all my question and I was reassured that Spirit Filled was a company I could trust. They also provide Delivery Orders as well as an online profile to monitor your casks condition and location - plus the opportunity to visit it. I will be using their services again in the future and I'd happily recommend.

Spiritfilled are a great cask investing company.
Investing into whisky casks was something new for us. But after looking at 2 other companies and talking to Jon a few times about how Spiritfilled and their warehouse works, making sure every owner get their Delivery Order. Gave me assurance that it is worth while if you have some spare cash. Jon then gave me a great proposal which I could not miss. A few weeks later we were up at the Braeside Bond warehouse looking and tasting our own casks. Very impressed with the whole experience. Haven’t sold anything yet or gone to bottling so I can’t talk about that but so far so good.

Was initially wary because I found the company through ads and anything that seems like "easy investment" rings warning bells in my head. However, after delving into the whisky industry further, speaking a few times on the phone with Chris in London and meeting Donald at the warehouse in Scotland, their patience, knowledge and care convinced me to take a dive. Chris was respectful with regards to my timeline and price choices and provided valuable guidance as to the selection of casks. As many things in life, only time will tell whether this was a wise investment or not. My experience with Spiritfilled was definitely positive - communication and purchase processes were clear and simple and the team was available for anything needed. I look forward to seeing what the next years bring.

Had a wonderful experience with spiritfilled when making a purchase of whiskey casks /the whole journey from enquiry to purchase was conducted by John Alexander of spiritfilled /the communication with John wasn't all about purchase we had alot of very interesting conversations from whiskey experiences, to advice and process before we even got to setting costs etc /absolutely no pressure to buy , Ialso contacted them after watching the whiskey investigation scandal , in which John immediately contacted me with the reassurance and proof that spiritfilled were not affected ,John also courtesy calls regular keep up the good work spiritfilled

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are eager and prompt to answer any queries I had. Once a decision was made the process was very easy, and the "owners certificates" were issued promptly.
