I just got some help from support team member Kathrina. And i will say that she is really kind , supportive and good always .

Rose is easy to talk too and gets to the heart of the problem, great communication. Fast and easy.

I applied to become a reader with years of professional reading experience and completed their survey as instructed. The feedback I received from Julie was harsh, and the questions were vague, making it hard to know what they were asking. Even after revising my answers, I was rejected without any chance to show my skills in a test chat or live reading. My experience and skills were not taken seriously and were completely overlooked. My account was then disabled with no explanation. This platform does not fairly assess readers. I would not recommend. I have since secured a role with a platform that better suits readers and values their skills, giving them a fair opportunity to demonstrate their abilities. This experience highlights the contrast with Spiritual Blossom’s process, where my experience and talents were overlooked without a proper assessment. Their “review responses” on here are a joke, and their entire application process is a complete farce

My experience with customer service has been the most responsive from any site I've worked on as a reader. Being a professional in this industry, you are often an afterthought when it comes to getting assistance from admin on sites. "Support" takes days, or even weeks! It affects morale and even the quality of care we can give our customers. When my internet experienced a temporary glitch, Kathrina responded with immediate action to reach out to my client who got cut off. I just hate to leave clients hanging when they're reaching out with sensitive matters. That kind of high touch is important for client retention, and for me as a reader to serve my clients in my best and highest capacity. I can only hope this service continues! :-)

Tonight Rea helped me troubleshoot my cash withdraw feature on the platform she was polite knowledgeable and did not leave me waiting very long
she addressed all my concerns !

Asked to update my profile picture and within minutes it was done.

Aian is a wonderful and patient person. Great customer services. She really made me feel heard and I appreciate her clear answers. Also taking her time to look into things. She is a GREAT customer service rep there should be more like her.
