I would like
A booklet to look for my product

I had ordered 2 pieces with chains, and received 1 piece. When my second pendant arrived, there was no chain. Very disappointed, now I am going to have to purchase a second chain.

Did a good job. Received my goods in a timely manner. Quality as expected

I purchased the spiritual mystical topez ring title stated sterling silver its all green and turned my finger green ive written to them twice with a picture of the green circle around my finger and never heard a word back from them. Going to reach out to ebay to see what my next step is i can take to resolve this. I was ripped off this is not sterling silver

I ordered 2 necklaces. Unfortunately on one the writing was so small it could not be easily read. I wanted to exchange it. I guess you have to refund and reorder. I mailed the one back and so far have not heard anything about a refund. But I ordered two more like the one I had received. They are beautiful and I am using them for gifts. My family lost three close relatives since April and I think the message on these necklaces is perfect.

Not really the product that was shown, so a bit disappointed there.

One ring in my order was cancelled and another ring I have not recieved

I liked my necklace, but the ring I ordered for my husband didn’t arrive. You can cancel the ring, I had a set date I neededed it by, I thought my husbands ring would arrive the same time as my necklace. Karen Slater

The only reason I gave you 4 stars and not 5. The ring is stunning,, but it arrived in a plastic bag instead of a box. It’s a gift for a friend. Now I have to find a box so the gift looks pretty.

It is not a vibrant as the picture and it is rather bulky

You are aware of my sad experience with your company. I received merchandise that was not as described. Your response to my correspondence was rude and insulting. You have proven in my experience that you are not ready to be in this business
